It's a scam
It's a scam. I wanted to do an experimentation on training nano LLM. Then they charged me 160USD per month and impossible to cancel it. Still no reply from the support team. No self serve cancelation. Avoid at all costs.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

A clever man once said:
"You can't look at the competition and say you're going to do it better. You have to look at the competition and say you're going to do it differently"
# This is by far the most honest & serciceminded Ai chat with/without api i have ever known of.

SLA Supported:
In business and technology contexts, SLA is short for Service-Level Agreement. It is a formal, legally binding contract between a service provider and a customer that sets out the precise performance standards expected from the service, clarifies the responsibilities of each party, and specifies the consequences or penalties if those standards are not fulfilled.

Stay away.
Never ever have I seen an AI company like this. Everything about it is wrong. They make you pay before you can even try anything.
Even before you pay no where does it state, latency or tps.
This company has a lawsuit coming their way and it would be an easy one at that. Their entire page screams we offer shit but you have to pay to actually see how bad it is.
And they don't even reply to the bad reviews just shows that they are scammers.
they allow payment for services, but then do not allow the service to be used, because you have to give the more money in order to be able to use the service
Big scam. RUN.
they have 2 pages on their website for serverless models. one page has more than 30 models (to scam people) and the other only has only 5 (real list). after u pay 600 or 700 dollars. they will say sorry we don't support serverless for this model. then they will totally ignore u
Potentially fraudulent - pending further invesitagion. Stay away from them, charging the credit card in second intervals with weird amounts, had to emergency block the card. Support not reachable.
Product works very well. Payment interface is clean and intuitive. Results provide outstanding value compared to other competitors. The API is straightforward, reliable, and efficient. I highly recommend together.ai.
When adding my credit card, it explicitly said: "There will be an immediate $1 charge for authorization, which will be credited back." I added my credit card, got charged $1, but never received it back. I feel scammed.
Also, the website states that in Tier 1, adding the credit card would give me 600 requests per minute, but I still only have 10, the same as with the free tier.
Also, I can't find any way to remove my credit card.
Be cautious, they do not deliver on what they promise.
