no fast price update if the subscriptions get high or low, slow and not efficient support, many applications missing

I paid for a YouTube Premium subscription through TogetherPrice and was never added to the account.

Even worse, they only issued a partial refund and kept a fee for a service I never received.

This is unacceptable — I would strongly advise others to avoid this platform.

I'm not sure how legal what they do here is, but while it is available, hey, I'm taking advantage of it. Saved a whole lot from 1y of Netflix watching already.

TogetherPrice is a good platform overall, however, the minimum fee of 1.99€ per subscription is excessive and higher than what competitors charge. As a result, it often becomes unattractive, since the final price ends up being only slightly cheaper than subscribing to the service directly, without using TogetherPrice. I believe a fee in the range of 1€ to 1.50€ would be much more appealing and competitive.

Update: The justification is not very convincing to me, especially considering that one year or so the fees were significantly lower and the platform worked perfectly well at that time. If I recall correctly, the fee started at €0.99 and, in less than a year, increased by 100%. As I mentioned before, I understand that operating costs increase and it is natural for the platform to seek profitability, however, a 100% increase in such a short period of time seems excessive.

Great idea. Good website when used as intended by all users. Comes down to having a honest users/subscribers. This site does what it says, it connects people that want to share subscriptions. The down side is that it can be hit and miss whether the manager of the subscription is attentative and responds to the subscribers (e.g. for password changes / requests to leave the group etc.). A bit of a coin toss but I have had a good experience.

Used for years but when you need to do something in this app is so buggy. IT team is really one of the worst I have ever seen. Not sure how they are still in the market

I had paid for Spotify shared, the group leader warned me that due to some problems of his own he couldn't give me the share and told me to request a refund without any problems, once I requested the refund I never got that money back

After more than a year of sharing subscriptions with other people, without any issues, from one day to the next, the platform changed its rules regarding the payment processor and blocked my money, which I had not yet requested to withdraw. Know that they will not help you and will blatantly steal your money.

No, I don't want to have to send new documents every time they decide to change some internal rule. All I asked for was the money I received from the members for the previous shared months and to close the account, but that request was not fulfilled.

They closed the account and did not send me the money that was stuck on the platform. It's a shame that a platform of this size would do something like this, especially since it was just a little over 15 euros that was in the account and was stolen by them.

After three months of sharing, everytime I try to pay, doesn't matter what card I use, which bank it is, which circuit uses, it doesn't go through and it says "an error occurred during payment". I tried different devices, different browsers, cleared the cache, even created a new account, it just doesn't work and now they kicked me off all the groups I was sharing. Plus, it says my number has been used by another user... when I know I USED it to verify my identity.

Signed up for live tv subscription, to find out I cant use because the Admin did not pay for the service, now I have to wait to hopefully get my refund. They end up keeping the fee portion of it. No more of this nonsense service for me.

BE AWARE: SCAMMERS ALERT 🚨. I shared my subscriptions for 5 months. Everything was great, until one day I encountered an error code: 500, it was not allowing me to withdraw the money I received for sharing my subscriptions. I reported this to the admins and instead of helping me they flagged my account as suspicious, they didn’t explain what I did wrong or any understandable reason. When I try to contact them via Email they do not respond because they want to keep the money. $380 ready to withdraw and $150 more, $500+ in total money that i earned when i shared my subscriptions in their platform and they are keeping it. Anyways this is my experience, yours might be different but be careful dealing with this people if you will share your subscriptions. I have emails and everything proofs of what I am saying.

Responds to their reply: 1) transparency? when until today you can’t say straight out the reason for my ban. 2) fraudulent activities, can 100% verify, show the bills I paid for everything subscription I shared on the platform. And the blocked is not temporary it’s been 1 month since I reported the error-glitch-bug whatever you want to call it to the support team and got banned instead of helping. You want me to wait, and keep paying the subscription without knowing I will get the money to pay for the subscription in 1-2-3 months from now? 3) The support team does not work on weekends everyone can check that, you only respond when it’s convenient for you and when it’s not weekend. Up until today the support team has never say to me exactly what I did wrong. That’s not transparency or willingness to help like you claimed. 3) Lastly, it is NOT defamatory statements, when it is the truth, I am only sharing my experience and my experience only, what I am communicating in this review is my experienced. At the end of the day the matter of the FACT IS THAT YOU’RE KEEPING THE MONEY BECAUSE YOU DECIDED IT, AND I BELIEVE THAT NO ONE IN YOUR PLATFORM IS COMFORTABLE WITH THAT, BECAUSE IT IS MONEY WE HAVE EARNED BY SHARING OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS NOT YOURS TO KEEP. Anyways I hope anyone who’s reading this understands what they are getting into and I truly hope you have a better experience than me.

Together with my friends we decided to share expenses on those services we all utilize in our casual life.
We used this service, but I didn't really like it.
From the point of saving money, then I agree it probably has no equals, however, in terms of the usability, then it's poor.
It was inconvenient for us to pay partially since the overall process was difficult. At least it wasn't that easy as we had expected and this made us disappointed a bit. Hope these guys will do something with this trouble.

The choice of products, user-friendliy site, price, and speedy delivery.....from start to finish it has been 5 Star I would recommend, and will most definitely use again.

This is probably the best idea for a business that I have seen in a long time. Like sometimes, I feel like I want to work for this company. So bad they are based in Italy, otherwise I will try to apply to their jobs. This company is that cool.

I have been a member for more than a year now and it´s helping save a lot of money and now I have all the platforms I want. Before I used to close the platform that I didn't use much but now I sell the shares on Togetherprice and I pay less than before having all the platforms open.

Honestly, people who had a bad experience and come here to bash the website it's because they didn't understand how the website works.

Also, the support team is extremely nice and they always help me with any issues I encounter.

If I can suggest something to Sabrina, is to fix the fee system. I get it that that's how you get your money, but it does not make sense that for super cheap shares (less than $1) you charge $1. So, subscriptions that are $0.60, the user finally pays $1.60 making the fee more expensive than the service itself. It should be based on percentage since the beginning, not after $5 share.

Another suggestion and this would help people like me who manage a lot of groups is to have an App. Sometime it's hard to see the emails about chat requests via emails. So an App with push notifications would be great and it would save so much time, opening email, logging it, etc...

To finalize this review, if you have not yet try this service, give it a try, you will not regret it and your wallet will thank me later.

When I first joined this I got a member who simply would not help at all as I didn’t know the ropes, my problem took 2 minutes to sort out by a very nice user in the same group. But the admin was rude and obnoxious. I moved on and signed up for another service, everything was going smooth until the admin stopped me from logging on, then ignored me.
But after having the misfortune of being in contact with those two wastes of skin, everything has bee fabulous, no problems with any admin, two even send an email to see if there is any problems. I have four groups I’m in now and four decent honest admin. I have no problem signing up, you get used to things and get to know who are good ones. Just ask the other members of the groups, if they are happy, good chance you will be too.
There is always the odd greedy sod who takes everything, but do others a favour and tell them, don’t let others get what you got.
I love the site and recommend it.

Imagine you buy a dishwasher, pay it and deliver it your home. You discover the thing doesn't work and the supplier pays you back 80% but you get a nice 20% voucher which you will never spend at that supplier again.
