Arnaque toile-cirée.fr
J'ai commandé sur le site toile-cirée.fr en décembre 2023. Relance par mail en janvier 2024 et février 2024. Aucune réponse. CGV mentionnant de contacter la banque pour réclamation avant de les contacter si on n'est pas remboursé sous un mois pour une indisponibilité produit. Mais je n'ai jamais eu de notification de livraison ni d'indisponibilité produit mais bien une confirmation commande. De plus en fouillant sur ces CGV je trouve la société LevelUp Agency LLC basé aux USA donc je suppose qu'on peut s'assoir sur sa commande et faire jouer son assurance des moyens de paiement si je traduis leurs CGV qui ne s'applique pas en Europe, ni en France.

I placed an order on toile-cirée.fr in december 2023. Contacted them in january and february 2024. No news. General sales conditions mentions to contact my banq to make a claim before contacting them if no reimboursement has been received in the coming month for a product unavailability. But I have never received any email to notify me, regarding delivery or unavailability, even though I have received the purchase confirmation. Looking at the general sales conditions, I found out that LevelUp Agency LLC is based in USA. I suppose that I can forget about my order and that I must contact my banq to get reimboursement through the paiement insurance since the company is neither based in Europe nor France.
