Violent, inhumane, abusive agent at the airport

Violent, abusive, inhumane Customs agent
Violent, inhumane, harassing, and abusive custom agent:

AGENT ID Number: 23793

My wife, our baby, and I had to fly from Copenhagen to Istanbul and then to a 2nd destination to participate in our grandmother's funeral.

In addition to all security measures in the CPH airport, they had about 7 or 8 agents at the gate right before one can enter the plane. A hateful and violent man was standing there with a very big dog. He let loose the dog to us, I stood in front of my wife and baby to protect them, while the guy was smirking at us. I was trying to stop the dog to move but the guy started shouting at me.
The dog started licking my pants and my passport.

Then I said stop and he shouted that you must be having a lot of money with you. I said that he does not have the right to talk to me like this and he cannot let a dog loose on me and my family. He aggressively brought his face towards me saying something like: "I do what I want".

Then he sent us to a closed room, where a more respectful agent (lady) asked us to take out all our belongings which were one backpack with nappies and baby clothes and one with some biscuits and fruits. She took everything out of our pockets, bags, and clothes. I told her that her colleague had no right to treat people like that. Some people have extreme allergies and some severe phobias to dogs. And I reminded her that I as a tax-payer have some basic human rights. The total cash we had with us was 30 Euros. Then she told me that I can send an email to Danish Customs the bad treatment I got.

They did not apologize. I was so in shock at their treatment and I was shaking with fear and anger. I took the ID number of the violent agent and write it down and we then boarded the plane.

As soon as the plane reached cruising altitude, and I wanted to eat something, I felt that I'm choking, I had pain in my chest, throat, and stomach.

I ran towards the toilet, threw up, went completely pale, and couldn't breathe begging flight attendants to help.
They called and asked for a doctor who luckily was traveling on the plane. She did a lot of medical tests and gave me some medication to be able to stabilize me. I had a heart rate of 130 and a blood pressure of 70, meaning that I was going to shock.

We landed in Istanbul and I could not even walk to our connecting gate.
The doctor urged me to check my heart as she thought that I might have had a heart attack.

At our final destination instead of consoling the family for a lost loved one, we had to go to a clinic for treatment. I was ill for about 3 days.

I'm writing this here so people know about this and either:

1. People try to stay away from Copenhagen Airport as much as they can or
2. The good people in the Danish Customs find that monster and punish him for the abusive and inhumane behavior he had with my family.

Worst customer service

Impossible to get a hold of these clowns. 2 of my letters (documents from my bank) are stopped in custom in Denmark and now I am asked to pay 160 DKK per letter in custom. I have sent proof to PostNord that there is no custom to pay. No one answers the phone and no one replies to emails. And the stupid chat operators can only tell me that I need to wait for someone to reply to my emails. Shocking customer service.

They held my parcel 3 months on custom!

They held my parcel 3 months!! For 3 months is possible to turn over the parcel around all world several times. They just held it and did nothing.
Are they really interested to do their work? They get our money from the taxes but not do their work properly.
