Absolutely wonderful!! I was going for a new look so was a little worried but from the Spa area to the final result the service I received was perfect. Dee coloured my hair and was so thoughtful and lovely - she is extremely talented and the results were exactly as I wanted. Urvis then worked his magic with my hair restyle and I couldn’t be happier. He made it relaxing and fun - a very skilled and artistic stylist. I can’t thank all the team at T&G Wimbledon enough for such a fabulous experience xxx

Worst haircut of my life. I had hair down to my waist and asked for a trim, a man cut my hair into the awkward phase of a bob. It is choppy and super blunt which is the exact opposite I asked for. Clearly no care for clients I would never go here again

Claire was fantastic and very caring.
She was vey attentive to every detail whilst she rectified my bad hair cut.

I used Joe to cut my hair in Glenferrie Road and asked for the curtain haircut - he was great! And the actual salon is really lovely as well - clean and sharp. I will go back. ..... Sharon

I always have an outstanding experience at Toni and Guy. I am greeted by a warm welcome and a cup of tea or coffee if I want it. Shaun at the Richmond branch does a wonderful job of cut and blow dry. My hair looks bouncy and healthy. The shampoo and head massage was very relaxing too 🥰 💇🏻‍♀️

I would like to write something positive about Julian who used to style my hair. He was excellent and always gave me a good hairdo. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. When I phoned to make an appointment last week, I was told that he left Tony&Guy, Kingston upon Thames. Unfortunately, I was not able to locate him. Thank you Julian. All the best!

I had my hair coloured and restyled yesterday (16/05/2026) at Toni & Guy, Islington by Tom. He is a fantastic colourist and stylist who listens. He is also very approachable, friendly and professional. Many thanks Tom, and to the lovely girl who washed my hair and gave me a wonderful head massage. I didn't get her name but she lives in South East London.

Rachel at Toni &Guy Wimbledon always does my colour. She is always extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. The whole team at the Wimbledon branch are always friendly and caring an absolute credit to Katrina the Manager. They always work wonders!

Had an amazing experience (again) today with Elena. Not only is she very efficient and very lovely, she also knows exactly what to do with my difficult hair! Can't recommend this place enough, everyone is lovely.

Very disappointed. Showed Luca an instagram literally of another man shaping style. He didnt want to even take phone to see. Told him i wanted Deep V at back, he told me old fashioned. I said still wanted it. At end he didnt do V at back and said he "softened it" for me. Just did his own thing. He also dry cut hair as didnt know what he was doing. so disappointed

Annabel was delightful and made the hair up experience fun. My hair is thick and difficult but she did exactly what I asked for and it stayed in all night. Thank you.

My healthy and beautiful hair was ruined, despite communicating what I wanted, which was highlight refresh, my hair got stripped to ugly mixture of platinum white and yellow inconsistently, loosing most of my natural dark pieces which where the foundation of my look. I wanted it to have texture and instead of a refresh I got the worst makeover. My hair is truly ugly, bristle, dried, fried and ruined. There is no texture, no natural contrast. I spent 5 h and left depressed. Worst of all there is so much damage I don’t know if I can repair my hair and go back to the colour i had when I walked in. My bangs are already breaking after one day, so fried and ugly😰 I wish I never went there. My regrowth was 100% more attractive than what I have now.
