Great product, Great Customer Service!!! First one arrived damaged (by courier I might add) and the true test of a company’s commitment to its customer is how they deal with a problem!
And they dealt with it extremely well! WhatsApp’d them once I had spotted the damage and within 20 mins had already arranged a replacement and pick up of the damaged unit! Arrived and was perfect! So don’t be put off if there is a problem they will deal with it efficiently and you will get exactly what you ordered in the best condition!

Viv was extremely helpful in assisting me with my order, from the first message to having everything sorted was within a span of minute. Highly recommend

Bought two Dewalt kits from this company and both ive had cancelled due to a "technical issue", when I've gone to reorder the kits the prices have been put up. I'll take future business elsewhere.

Quality tools and fast delivery

The advert said free delivery.
But AFTER you’ve put in all your details, including credit card details - which WERE ALREADY THERE WITHOUT ME ADDING THEM - it then charged me £5.99 for delivery costs!!!
I cancelled my order straightaway and deleted my credit card details too.
HOW DO YOU TRUST A COMPANY THAT ADVERTISES FALSELY FROM THE START???

Brought an Excel belt and dics sander from them 18 months ago, I need a replacement part but they tell me that there are no spares available for this particular machine as they do not carry spares, pretty more in my opinion, and could not tell me where I could get a replacement, but suggested I buy a new machine. Will not use them again.😡

I bought several items from this company and 1 was a large table saw, I didn't open it straightaway as had to make room for it, but wished I had!
Parts missing, damage to the item, in the form of scratches dents and the plug it's self was damaged one of the earth pins had been snapped almost off so I can't even test if it works without cutting of the plug and wiring a new one which voids the warranty!!

I contacted the company only to be told I had 48hrs to report any issues (a company policy only) and there was nothing they could do!

What a joke, I would avoid this company at all cost especially if you are buying as a future gift/to use at a later date as you aren't covered if you don't open and check the items within the 48hr period again a company policy not part of your statutory consumer rights.....

Delivery on web site 2 - 3 days.
Tracking on website doesn’t work
Many E mails and phone calls later.
After 3 days during phone call was told they were still waiting for item from supplier.i was promised as soon as it came in it would be shipped on a 24 hour delivery.
23rd September received email saying item had been dispatched.
24th September no idea when item will arrive so phoned and e mailed again
Only to be told item may arrive 25th September.
Still no confirmation this is fact or fiction
Tracking system doesn’t work.
No way to contact shippers.
Absolutely perthetic.

Spend £246 on sds makita with dust extractor

on 11.09.2026 DPD attempted delivery of my parcel. I had explicitly provided instructions via DPD for the parcel to be left behind the back door.
However, the driver ignored those instructions and left the package in plain view outside the front of the house. As a result the parcel was stolen before i returned home.

I contacted tools4trade as the retailer responsible for the goods until it gets in customers possession, and as usual they are forwarding things to dpd.

Everything can be proven as I have screenshots of dpd acknowledging delivery behind gates, and driver's picture of item being left outside in plain view.

And now asking for update what happens, i am receiving update that:
"As Miroslav is disputing this delivery, I have raised an investigation for this parcel. Our driver will be interviewed for the delivery dispute, the GPS will be looked in. Our depot will do all it can to resolve this dispute and get this delivered to your customer. The investigation usually takes 6 working days. Once there is any update, we will share it with you. "

Well, gps will show them being on the street, but the fact is the left the item outside and no need to interview anyone about it as they took a picture of it!

Ordered mitre saw, battery and charger, on Monday(bank holiday), paid for next day delivery. On Wednesday I still did not have any info of shipment. Called them and was told part of tools will come on Thursday instead of Wednesday and the anther part on Friday. On Thursday delivery was rescheduled by sender to Friday. I had job booked for Thursday and lost it, as well as client too. Asked for confiscation and was ignored. Never buy anything from tools4trade.

be warned, if you have an issue they won’t resolve it. Yes their prices are cheap but if what you buy is faulty they won’t respond. Spent 2-3K over the past 12 months wth then and had an issue with a dewalt battery. Still not resolved and they are now not communicating. Their MO is sell cheap and then ignore you if you have an issue, Avoid this company try ITS or Howe tools , good after sales with both

Eventually I cancelled the order as they still couldn’t give me a delivery date. My refund was confirmed on the 28th August, here I am on the 8 September 11 days later and they still haven’t refunded me . By far the worst company I have ever bought anything off . Very unhappy at the fact that nearly four weeks ago I ordered a tool, that never came and now the refund doesn’t look like it’s coming with any urgency either . Really bad service all round , the only thing that happens fast is that they take your money. I’m starting believe that I have been completely scammed and I’m going to contact my bank.

Terrible company. I bought an item that didn't work as intended. I contacted them explaining the situation and they want me to return it at MY cost, even though I'm not at fault here, their item is! They say it's because It was purchased over 30 days prior to me using it. It would cost almost as much to return it than it cost to buy. Terrible company, avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

​I purchased the Festool TS 55 FEBQ-Plus (576706) bundle with the Guide Rail Kit (577932) and Dust Extractor (578315) for £1,239.00.
​Delivery was fast, but the package arrived missing one of the guide rails. When I contacted customer service, they simply dismissed my claim, stating the parcel weighed 7.5 kg so both rails must have been inside, and closed the case without resolving it.
​Because I urgently needed the tools for my job, I made the mistake of using the saw. Now they refuse a return because they demand everything back in brand-new condition along with both rails—the very rail they failed to send in the first place!
​They sent only one rail and are lying about delivering two. Be extremely cautious dealing with this company. I strongly do not recommend they
