First time customer. The process was easy and straightforward. The girl in the returning office - Simona, was much more diligent than me to inspect the car and gave me some useful tips for the future.

Simple booking process online. Shuttle is easy to find and comfortable. With many people getting/dropping their car at the same time, there might be a tiny delay but the staff is great and it works well. Just make sure you plan some extra minutes ;) Our car was perfect (16k km), all worked well.

Ok car. Awful service.
Car was ok but the check-in experience is awful.
There's no "express check-in lane", so it doesn't matter if you book online, pay in full, and do the online check-in - because before you get your car you have to stand in the same line as five others who do not know what car they want, for how long, or how they're going to pay for it.
This phase takes about 45 minutes.
Then, after doing your own 30-second check-in, you don't get the car because it's raining and the employees refuse to go out and get you the car when it's raining.

I'm using Top Rent a Car since many years, probably > 10. Unfortunately I feel the service and the quality of cars is not the same. I have booked a car for one week. The car was not really clean, especially on the inside. A lot of dust on the board and some dirt in the legs room. Also the car had the lowest equipment, manual air con.... But probably still the best price on the market

Receiving and returning the car went smoothly and quickly.
Car was quite new, clean.
They also gave discount cards for some petrol stations - useful.
We had no problems with the car, so I cannot tell what my opinion would be if we had any :)

Booking is easier than ordering food takeout.
Personnel were very well organized and polite at both pick up and drop off. Minimal waiting, clear and easy to understand information, no hidden clauses or overdoing during drop off inspection.
Car was 2 yr old with 70K km on the clock, but was in perfect condition without visible wear and tear or any signs of mechanical depression. Very clean and with nice subtle smell instead of excessive car perfume.
If needed will use their services again.

Rent A Car have amazing service.
Have a bad experience whit online company I made my booking.
But have welcome and receive great service in Rent A Car.
Top car and very good service.
The only one thinks 🤔 is the time for pick up and drop. But believe me they have a lot of customers. So keep in mind will need some free time before drop off or pick up.
My guy was Preslav Katsarov.
And on top , has a small gift to remember my visit.
Next time will come back, like to try another model car!
