I’ve been a customer of Total Choice Hosting (TCH) for 20 years, starting from my blogging days to now working in web development. Over these two decades, TCH has always provided amazing customer support.
They reply to my tickets within hours or even minutes, even on weekends and regardless of the timezone. Their team is knowledgeable and helps solve any issues without blaming others like the themes or developers.
I don’t recall ever having any downtime with TCH. Plus, I barely see any price increases. I don’t know how they make money, but their prices seem to be the same now as they were 20 years ago, despite inflation.
Their reliability, excellent service, and consistent pricing have made them a key part of my web development work.

I have had a lower tier webmaster shared hosting account with TCH for at least 15 years.
It has remained at $20 per month throughout that time.
As a managed service, whenever I have had a problem their support dealt with the issue extremely quickly.
At one point I opened a VPS account elsewhere (simultaneously), the customer support from the second company was awful, even though it too was supposed to have customer support.
I have previously made the mistake of trying to open additional hosting accounts with fasthosts, blue square, GoDaddy, VPSville.
Total Choice Hosting are the only company that would answer my tickets within an hour. And then give me advice if one of my joomla (etc) sites had been hacked.
$20 per month is very reasonable, the customer service is exceptional and well worth the money

I am new to Trust Pilot but have been a TCH reseller account holder for 12(?) years. I have always been impressed by their service and customer services. I host multiple sites and have no reason to take my custom elsewhere.
I have used TotalChoiceHosting (Total Choice Hosting) for over 10 years. They are real people that CARE about your website being up and running. They have REAL technicians. I've had a few issues, but it was resolved without a lot of run-around and courteously attended to. I can not recommend them highly enough. After helping a client deal with a horrible hosting company (Bluehost), I can say that I am SOOOO grateful to have found TCH years ago and stuck with them. Excellent uptime, excellent customer service, and excellent satisfaction.
