10/10 Absolutely made up with the service nothing is a problem I’ve gone from stressing every day trying to manage/juggle now the stress is taken away thanks to Fiona and her amazing team.

Total PA are fantastic. I have worked with a handful of similar companies in the past, and Fiona, Jodie & team stand head and shoulders above the rest. Timely, proactive, and detail oriented. I wish I'd realised earlier how much they could help manage aspects of my personal life as well as business! Above all else, they are great people who are fun to work with and nothing is too much to ask.

As a freelance designer, I was getting overwhelmed by the sheer amount of admin that I had to keep on top of on a weekly basis. Id often put it off due to being so busy with client work, and then fall behind on vital tasks like invoicing. I even forgot to attend zoom meetings from time to time as I was just so busy. Fiona and Jodie at Total PA were brilliant in taking the time to understand my business and then suggesting processes we could implement to get me organised. They set up an online calendar that was full of reminders, important dates, meetings and milestones. They also took care of my invoicing for me and chased up any late payments that were outstanding. In addition to this, they handled the scheduling of my social media posts, put together my weekly newsletter and replied to numerous emails on my behalf that I was able to delegate to them. Their experience in organising, processing and implementing things that helped to streamline and improve my business cannot be understated and Id recommend them to any business, large or small that needs a helping hand.

Fiona is a great help to any business, makes the big tasks seem small & deals with them very professionally & always very prompt. A pleasure to have working with us. Highly recommended.

We employed Fiona to support our 80 year old mother during her house move at a time when she was feeling overwhelmed by everything that needed to be arranged. Fiona managed the end to end process, taking on everything from change of addresses to removals. It made what might have been a stressful experience so much more manageable - and more than that, Fiona made Mom feel supported at all times and if things came up, she had someone on hand to help. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her services to anyone in need of support.

I came to Total PA when setting up my own business. Alongside my day job, I had decided to set up my own Beauty & Aesthetics business. I had no prior knowledge of what I needed, software to use, best methods of communications, how to set up accounts and also creating documents. Alongside of that, Fiona also made suggestions/recommendations to help grow my business. Things I hadn't even thought of. I told Fiona what I needed and when. No job was too big or too small. With the administration side taken care of, I could concentrate on the practical side of business. Fiona would always respond to messages in a timely manner. I found her to be professional and approachable
