Used to be good but website is awful now. half the games won't load, or crash frequently. bonus offers interrupt game play, and often times the button to dismiss doesn't work so you to have leave the game and reload . Flips to Spanish language randomly and won't return back to english. far too buggy these days to be enjoyable

After struggling just with navigating the site, I no longer had confidence in Tradacasino. Therefore, I decided to withdraw my funds without even playing, only to then pay a £1 fee! The withdrawal fees are not advertised on their site (I certainly couldn't find it).

To conclude, I believe Tradacasino is an unscrupulous entity and is best avoided.

Withdrew £15 instantly they took £1 for something so withdrawal was now £14.........the remaining £15 could not be used as the site didn't work at all kept kicking me out of everything and freezing....spoke to their customer service rep ( strangely which did work) she advised me that my internet wasn't working!! Which is funny as I was talking to her on it. Would steer clear completely! Definitely seems like a scam casino, like a lot of the others that seem to be popping up lately.

I made a deposit of £11 on the site and while I was playing I noticed my balance go up and couple times so I kept on playing, I then realised after checking my bank that two more transactions had gone through. I genuinely did not realise that more payments had been deposited into my account and that I had unintentionally played the funds. I spoke to customer service to be told there is absolutely nothing they can do and in order to speak to anybody higher I have to email them. Definitely 110% never using the site again

I only put 1 star as you had to or I wouldn't this site is a scam. Alright to take your money but then you need to provide identification I hadn't even heard of to withdraw my winnings, Discussed this with trada in emails to see what they can do about it and they just simply took my winnings from my account,No emails or nothing.

They took no accountability for an error on their part. I registered, and deposited using a promo code to get 50 wager free spins. Instead I was given a deposit match bonus with 35x wagering requirements. I contacted live chat about it, they advised I had automatically opted in for the deposit match bonus, I explained I hadn't and I used the promo code for the wager free spins. I requested they removed the deposit bonus and credit the wager free spins as that's the promotion code I deposited with, but they refused. Even after I had explained it was not what I opted for and was not my error. Following that, I decided to withdraw where I'm then charged £1 for the withdrawal. Waiting up 48 hours on my withdrawal to be approved following needing to upload verification documents then I will be closing my account due to a very poor experience and lack of accountability from them.

Been playing since a while on this casino. At bigging been fare..me playing then they been giving back a bit but since a while they took without giving anything back around 5200£ and after they added me limit on my account without any advance warning which means good bye to recover any loss.
