Denied my payout on false grounds account number 113024 and they are yet to refund my fees. whereas I am ready to give all proofs required to prove that I am the one who manages my account. They can simply check location of both the devices my laptop and mobile and find out truth but they are not doing that. And risk response team takes lot of time to respond. Other response team is good they reply fast specially Anirban and Keanu. They need to improve lot so no real trader faces this kind of situation.

Oscar and Anirban has elaborated & addressed all my queries in very detailed way. This kind of explanation is surely helpful to understand the rules accordingly..

I would like to provide an update regarding my previous experience with TradeifyFX.

After contacting their support team, I received a detailed response explaining why my $100,000 funded account (Account #118684) was breached.

Interestingly, their own investigation confirmed that:

- My maximum daily loss allowance was $3,000.
- My account exceeded this limit by only $13.63.
- My XAUUSD stop-loss was recorded at 4057.44, but the trade was executed at 4056.28.
- This 1.16-point difference resulted in approximately $116 of additional loss.

TradeifyFX explicitly acknowledged that this execution difference was significant enough to affect whether my account breached the Daily Loss Limit.

What concerns me even more is that I originally intended to place my stop-loss around 4061 to keep my account safely within the daily loss limit. However, their support team admitted that they could not provide the complete stop-loss modification history and therefore could not establish whether the change was manual or caused by a technical issue.

I also experienced significant MT5 login difficulties and persistent price feed freezing issues immediately after receiving my funded account.

I completely understand that slippage can occur in financial markets, and I am not asking the company to ignore its trading rules. However, I believe a situation in which an execution difference of approximately $116 results in the termination of a $100,000 funded account deserves a more thorough and individualized review.

I have now formally appealed the decision and requested a complete technical investigation, along with the reinstatement of my funded account.

I genuinely want to resolve this matter positively. I chose TradeifyFX because I trusted the company, and I hope they will demonstrate that customer fairness and proper technical investigation are just as important as enforcing trading rules.

I am still waiting for a fair resolution and sincerely hope TradeifyFX will reconsider its decision and reinstate my funded account.

I have purchased its instant funded 10k account. Now I am regretting my decision as I don’t feel this firm is trustworthy anymore as there are frequently price feed errors and some of the trader which have account with tradeifyfx are reporting payout denials. I’ll update the review only if my payout is processed fairly and not denied fraudulently.

I passed their challenge by not breaking any rules and risk parameters but after their risk team reviewed the report, they denied me the funded account by giving BS excuses. They said as goodwill we offer you refund of the challenge fee in full but after requests, they have not even processed that.
So make sure before buying their challenge you will fail it otherwise they won't provide you the funded account.

and about their platform wide spread and price chart is all over the place when price start to move faster specially around news time.

They don't give a fair chance to the traders

I had issues signing up to buy a challenge. A customer service representative called Oscar was really helpful throughout the process and assisted me in resolving the issue.

As a funded trader holding live accounts across multiple established prop firms, I rarely leave negative reviews, but what I experienced here is completely unacceptable.

During the peak London session—the most liquid hours of the trading day, with no major high-impact news release—I suffered an absurd 35-pip slippage on an execution. This isn't normal market volatility or typical A-book liquidity provider behavior; this is blatant backend price-feed manipulation and aggressive virtual dealer plugin interference.

Even the lowest-tier prop firms in today's market don't pull 35-pip artificial slippage in broad daylight anymore. That sort of dealer manipulation belongs in 2012. I don't care whether they honor payouts on paper or not—manipulating execution parameters to engineer drawdowns on live accounts is disgusting practice.

Save your capital and stick to reputable, established firms. Buying evaluation accounts from unproven firms pulling these backend tricks is an immediate regret.
