Great tools, being able to journal each trade and review past trades, backtest and analyse charts all in one is awesome. Customer service is top tier and a special mention to Kevin, addressed my concerns very quickly and resolved the issue promptly. Couldn’t recommend TradeZella enough!

The program is very helpful to understand your trading strategy and habits. The data will help you dial in your edge. But like 99% of software out there it is not perfect and has its glitch’s. But when it does the support team is always very helpful and responsive. I recommend using this

I had to temporarily pause my subscription due to some unexpected financial difficulties as I am still leanrning and not trading live, but the TradeZella team completely blew me away with their customer service.

After reaching out, Marl from their support team was incredibly understanding. They immediately gifted me a free month on my account to give me some breathing room and explicitly reassured me that all of my historical trading data would remain completely secure and won't be deleted.

TradeZella is already a phenomenal tool for tracking and journaling, but knowing that the leadership and support team actually care about their users during tough times makes it a 5-star platform. I highly recommend them and look forward to officially renewing my subscription soon!

Great (*The Best) trade journal platform that is constantly innovating

I’ve only been using TradeZella for about a week, but my experience so far has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, and from what I’ve explored already, I can see why so many traders recommend it.

What has impressed me the most is the customer service. Every question I’ve had has been answered quickly and professionally. Both Roshiel and Marl were extremely responsive, helpful, and patient whenever I needed assistance. Whether it was a data-import issue or a question about my account, they replied promptly and made sure everything was resolved.

I haven’t had the chance to explore every feature yet, but what I’ve seen so far has convinced me to commit to an annual subscription. The journaling, analytics, and overall user experience look very promising.

If the rest of the platform is as good as the support team, I’m confident I made the right choice. Highly recommended.

I don't even want to give them one star but is required that's why I give it to them one star i'm asking for help to sync my prop firm with the tread Zella from almost like when I open the account with the trade I paid the subscription plan and when I ask for help they are holding me like our teammate is give you answer now two hours three hours and after no one show off this is the new for me the trade Zella app so I don't know about inside like how to connect things so that's why I'm asking for help to someone seeing my account with the tread Zella but now they said you have to pay another subscription plan which is the $49 and I don't have even more than one pro for Account I have just the one so that's why I choose the $29 one account and now when I try to sync my pro firm account now they said pay $49 per month for onther subscriptionthen they said do the subscription if you want to sync your prop firm with the our app so my question is why you guys charge $29 for the just track trades that things we can do it in a prop firm as well we're not paying for just a track trade the rates and the profit and loss we can see in a prop firm also why we need to paying every month $29 just for that I come for trade Zella because one of them my mentor so that's why I came for the I don't even know that they charging me like they're asking me like now more money so this is the completely like frustrating process and they're not even answered me they just keep going like waiting to three hour nobody human agent answer and nobody help me with why should I pay every month $29 that ridiculous if you guys even not helping out why we give you the money for every month this is like something very slow customer service I can say 

Love the product! Makes my trading journaling so much easier- with the automatic uploaded trades. I’ve also used backtesting a lot - makes me more confident and lets me play around to find my best strategy. A huge bonus is their customer support. I feel very well taken care of. Definitely recommend them!

I have been testing TradeZella for the past week or so.
First of all, most people do not know that you can actually test it at no cost for 14 days. It is fully refundable within 14 days.

Second, and that is even more important, at least to me. The customer support is not limited to just AI chat. You can actually speak with a real person.

I've tried to switch to two cheaper services, and they are cheaper for a reason. TradeZella is definitely the best trade journal and tracking out there. Great data and site function.
