Where is my package?
I made the order on the 28th of November, but on the 5th of December still no sign of the package… But the customer service is amazing, so all in all good experience!

We completely understand your experience here.
Yesterday we got around 20 deleveries from GLS sent to our showroom in Viby instead of our customers.
We don't know whey they sent it to us instead of our customers, among them yours, but we went straight to the GLS Pakkeshop and dropped them off, so you should have them no later than mid next week.
We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience, and hope there will be no further delays from GLS like this.

Incredible Customer Support
I've made a very good experience with this company.
My wife wanted a specific stepper and the only place we found it was Abilica.
But they are in Denmark and we are in Germany.
They made an exception and agreed to sent the stepper to Germany.
Thanks a lot for this awesome support.
And to mention that,The stepper Abilica CoreStep 360 is really a nice sports device.

Excellent experience
I have bought two American Barbell Kettlebells so far, a 16 kg and a 20 kg. Excellent products, website UX smooth, delivery fast (except a small issue with Postnord handling).
All in all I am happy with Abilica, I will order again from them.
