It was my first time to Japan and my husband had a convention to go to. While he was there I really wanted to explore Tokyo but I didn’t feel comfortable traveling to the city by myself with my 4 year old. Travel Nanny sent us Hiromi—the sweetest, most helpful nanny & guide. She a native Japanese but she speaks excellent English and helped us navigated the train system which can be confusing. She got us around safely, carried the stroller, showed us the sites and taught us about Japanese culture. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
