So incredibly thankful to Janila for being such a gem during our time in Japan. I was alone with my two children (aged 2 and 7) for about two days, and with one of them having special needs, her help truly made all the difference. She was incredibly patient, caring, and gentle with the kids, and watching them warm up to her so quickly and truly enjoy her presence gave me so much peace of mind.
