We used the Travel Nanny services during our stay in Tokyo. We had a wonderful nanny Kezang who took a great care of our two boys. She connected right away with both our 3.5- year old and our baby. Kezang did everything we asked her to and sent regular updates with pictures. The company coordinator communicated well and provided all the necessary information. We’re very happy with the experience we had and will use this service again.
