The communication and organization from the team was great. We initially booked for just a few kid free evenings, but ended up doing more daytime hours in both cities as well. We had Shiho in Osaka and Aimi in Tokyo, both were amazing and our kids loved them. Traveling with two toddlers can be stressful, but having Shiho and Aimi really made our first international family trip a memorable one.
