We were in Hawaii for four days and needed a nanny for a few hours to watch our 5- and 9-year-old boys while the adults went shopping. Since it was our first time using Travel Nanny, I was naturally a little nervous. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations.

Our nanny, Kelly, was calm, kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful with the boys. I had warned her that my 5-year-old can be a little defiant at times, but it didn't faze her one bit. As a former teacher, she handled everything with confidence, warmth, and so much patience.

Kelly was also incredibly flexible. Although we originally booked her for four hours, she had kept the entire day available for us, and we ended up extending her time by another two hours.

The booking process was seamless, and one thing we especially appreciated was that the kids got to meet Kelly over Zoom before our trip. That made everyone, especially our boys, feel much more comfortable before we arrived in Hawaii.

Kelly went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations, including the best beach for the kids to snorkel and see sea turtles and monk seals. Having her with our children gave us complete peace of mind and allowed the adults to truly enjoy a few hours to ourselves.

The best part? When it was time for Kelly to leave, my 5-year-old asked if she could stay longer and hang out with all of us. 😊 That really said it all.
