Monica was fantastic and fitted into our family incredibly quickly — it genuinely felt like she had been with us much longer. She was warm, capable and excellent with the kids, and they were very comfortable with her from the beginning.

We especially appreciated her initiative and ability to anticipate what needed to be done without always being asked. She was reliable, adaptable and made travelling with the children much easier and more enjoyable.
