Ms Eri was very engaged with our son. She showed interest in our son’s activities while providing a safe environment for him. It also added an extra peace of mind that she kept us updated during our date night.Travel Nanny support team was also exceptional in accommodating our needs as a family prior to our travel time. They were very informative & reassuring leading up to the date of service. We’ll definitely book again when we go back to Japan.
