Purchase of a machine dryer

We order our new machine dryer from Tretti during their birthday campaign. It was clearly communicated that you can order it at that point but the delivery date would be at least 1 week later.
It was delivered as promised with many updates regarding the status during the period

Very disappointed – misleading information and poor service

I used to think Tretti was a great company, but they’ve really let me down. I recently bought a Miele dishwasher from them that was advertised as having an AutoOpen door. When it arrived, that feature was missing — meaning their product listing was incorrect.

I contacted customer service to replace it, and they offered to switch it for an Asko, claiming it was a great deal since the Asko was “more expensive.” That turned out to be false, as every other retailer sold the same model for much less.

When I then asked to exchange it for another Miele, Tretti wanted me to pay extra — even though the mistake was theirs. After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally agreed but still charged me 500 kr, saying it was “bad business” for them. Ironically, just days later, they discounted the same product on their own site — so clearly, they weren’t losing money.

To make matters worse, the delivery didn’t arrive on the day promised, despite me calling three times to confirm. Yet again, I was misled.

Overall, I feel completely scammed. Tretti used to be reliable, but my experience shows a pattern of misleading information, poor communication, and empty promises. I won’t be shopping with them again.

Great Service

It took a few days extra to get the washing machine than they said but it wasn’t a problem as we weren’t in a hurry really. Used Tretti a few times for various white goods and always been really good. We have a lot of steps and two happy installation guys turned up and did everything with a smile even though I can imagine it was annoying. I like their website too and always try to buy from Tretti when we need something relevant.

Great customer service when things don´t go to plan

I am a Brit living in the lovely country of Sweden so i will write this in English.
I found a Electrolux induction Hob for a friendly price on Tretti´s home page. Unfortunatly the Hob was late arriving from Electrolux and the Electrician is arriving next day. The wife is very upset and I do not feel like paying the electritian to come twice as in Sweden that is expensive.
After revealing this to the wonderfull lady that called and me told me that the Hob was not going to be delivered at all. She made me and offer that I could not refuse. She offered me a Hob that was much better than the one i had ordered to one third of the original price of the new hob.. That´s what I call great customer service when things go wrong and it´s not your fault.
So well done Tretti and I wish you and your customers great success.

Faulty and dangerousiron iron

Faulty and dangerous iron – terrible customer service!

I used this iron for five months before serious issues appeared – weak heating, water leaking from all sides, and eventually, it started tripping the circuit breakers. This is not just a defect; it’s a potentially dangerous product.

When I filed a complaint, they told me the repair would take only a few days, but now I’ve been waiting for three weeks! They didn’t offer me a replacement or a refund, just a repair, even though I no longer trust this product.

I expected better customer care, but all I got was a simple “sorry.” Very disappointed – I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone!

Great product, bad installation service

The machine is great, but the installation service could have been better. They simply didn’t attach the dry machine over my washing machine properly, and said that the problem was the support rack, claiming that it didn’t have a proper size to attach the new drying machine over it. Which was not true! They told me to buy a ”spännband” to hold the machines together, and quickly left the house. Once they left I went checking the problem and saw that it could easily be fixed, and the real problem was that they didn’t lower the back feet of the machine enough to be able to fit the support rack on the back. I had to somehow, by myself, figure out how to lift up the machine (which is very heavy) and at the same time lower the back feet to be able to properly secure the installation. I’m a woman and it was heavy to fix this… I paid 1500kr for the installation exactly because I didn’t want to lift any heavy weight and risk another back injury (since I’m recovering from one). So I wish the installation service was more efficient and had more consideration, they lacked problem-solution-solving skills to figure out something simple.

Installation service could be better

I expected that by ordering installation of a product, they would include any necessary hose clamps or at least send a check list of all material that might be necessary to have, so that I could have bought in advance. I ended up having to go buy it later and finish the installation myself.

Otherwise, the staff was very nice and friendly bringing the appliance in and keeping everything clean.

Good, but a little too slow

The prices are good, but it takes long time to dispatch the items. For a standard size vacuum cleaner it took 5 days to get a shipping notification. I paid for home delivery and fortunately that service was fast.
