Can't say, because anything that I say, they claim as slander and get deleted, threatening lawsuit.

Very bad service. Please do not rent any apartments from them. They make contract with Fitted Kitchen but They are giving apartment without Kitchen. Nobody will listen to you once you get troubles in the apartment. They will trap you with their 2 years contract policy. Traureal property management is a pure scammer.

I am an IT professional from India and when I moved to Duesseldorf, Germany last year I had no doubt it would be a good experience and it has been except for one thing. The treureal company is in charge of the maintenance of the house in which I rented an apartment. Since moving in there have been problems like water dripping in through the roof, water in the cellar, lack of cleaning and maintenance, defect lights, no snow service. I always tell my landlord about problems who then contacts treureal requesting their services. However, they rarely respond until after writing to them several times and only after weeks or months and then it takes more months till they take action, if at all. I never thought this would happen in Germany because Germans have a reputation of being well organized and efficient.
