Odd Bunch switched to Trexity and service went from 10/10 to completely unreliableI’ve been a long-time Odd Bunch customer in Etobicoke, Toronto. Before they switched to Trexity, the delivery service was excellent — always 10/10, with drivers actually following instructions.Since Odd Bunch started using Trexity, the experience has become terrible. Despite very clear instructions to place my order inside the black box/cooler at the door (which Odd Bunch themselves recommend to keep the fruit and vegetables fresh), Trexity drivers repeatedly leave everything outside. This has happened many times.Every complaint results in the same scripted response from Trexity support: apology, “we’ll talk to the courier,” and a small refund. Then it happens again. I’ve called, emailed, and escalated multiple times with zero lasting improvement. The refunds don’t compensate for spoiled produce and the constant frustration. Odd Bunch needs to either go back to their previous courier or put real pressure on Trexity to fix this. Very disappointed with the drop in quality.
