What a Joke Trinity Health is

What a Joke Trinity Health is. Had blood work done and NEVER had one call, or anything on line for my results. My new doctor decided to go to a different place out of town. They NEVER notified me, or asked if I want a new doctor. Now, they just cancled my prescriptions and will not take my messages. So now I have to find new doctor, have to get new appointment. Im out of meds. What a Joke!!!! Stay away from Trinity Heath!!!!!!!

During my brief time with the company

During my brief time with the company, I encountered significant challenges related to leadership, communication, and overall support. One of the most critical issues was the lack of proper training. The training process was disorganized and insufficient. Rather than receiving hands-on instruction or clear guidance, I was primarily left to observe others without any structured opportunity to learn or demonstrate my understanding. At no point was I given the chance to be shadowed or evaluated to ensure I was on the right track.

Unfortunately, I did not feel supported by my direct supervisor, Ann Marie Scott. There was little communication or engagement during the onboarding period, and no effort was made to check in or provide assistance. When my employment was terminated, the interaction was abrupt and lacked empathy. I was told to consider returning to my previous employer—a suggestion that came across as dismissive and unprofessional.

Ann’s assistant, Danielle, was often unavailable and unresponsive when help was needed. Delayed or absent replies made it difficult to complete tasks, and frequent absences further limited access to support. I did not find her to be a helpful or effective resource in the workplace.

Additionally, I experienced a work environment that did not feel inclusive. As a person of color, I did not feel welcome or supported, which added to the overall sense of discouragement and frustration.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others, particularly those seeking a supportive, inclusive, and professionally managed workplace.

The work experience as a customer

The work experience as a customer, I’ve dealt with another clinic which went into liquidation and I was recommended Trinity health, they screw up my scripts everytime, they will not send me scripts and claim that they did, long wait times and horrible customer service, I would never recommend anyone to use their services.

I've been seeing a great doctor for…

I've been seeing a great doctor for years, but he's no longer going to practice and I was referred to another doctor with a follow-up appointment. They told me that they would refill my prescriptions, but today they refused to do so. When I complained, they sent me an email saying "denied" that I can't reply to. So MyChart and Trinity Health can simply refuse to talk to you. Patient advocacy phone number is 954-542-3024 but they don't pick up as far as I can tell -- I can see why.

They falsified medical records

They falsified medical records to scam Medicaid. They listed several medications in my file claiming I took them but I didn't. Unfortunately they refused to correct the files. Their patient advocate (in reality the hospital advocate) told me that since the staff never put into the files that I told the staff that I do not and will not take medication those conversations never existed. Since the staff falsified medical records saying that I took the medications then I took the medications.
When I talked to their ethics and compliance office they told me they couldn't do anything.
Felons, frauds, criminals.

”We don't know whats wrong”

My Mother stayed in an intensive care unit for many months for doctors to only say “We don't know what's wrong” but assume it's something bad. Doctors of Trinity Health and Nurses of Trinity Health were never on one accord and every caregiver concluded a different prognosis but all suggested long and most severe treatment. If you're ever in need of care in the area I would highly suggest the wait for most reliable care is worth traveling than gambling on what Trinity Health in Ann Arbor has to offer.

If you are being considered a candidate…

If you are being considered a candidate for employment at Trinity Hospital, be careful of their process. They will make an offer in writing, confirm your start date, pay rate and your hours. You are required to sign the employment agreement. After you are confirmed and congratulated by their HR department, you are required to provide all of your personal information and I mean all. Everything from drivers license to tax documents. Passport pictures, I9's and more. Surprisingly, they don't require your elementary to high school grades. You are given "tasks" to accomplish via their website. The process takes one month before you are given your first orientation date via a mystery email to come a day before your start date. When you don't receive said email you end up contacting HR and you're given an unreasonable excuse with a hefty amount of apologies as to why they are late with the news that they will not be moving forward with the offer. Be careful of giving your personal information to these people. Why would you be hired in writing and denied upon your first day of work. Really shady.

Abusers, thieves, liars and frauds

About 9 years ago I went into St Joe's Hospital in Ann Arbor with blockage in one of my arteries. They said I needed angioplasty. When I woke up the next day I was told they had put in a medicated stent. Without my knowledge or permission. Criminal felony assault.
This was never mentioned. They also ignored the fact that I told them that I didn't take medications. This is totally unprofessional and illegal. But they don't care as long as they can bill you. According to Patient "Relations" since that wasn't in my file saying that I refused to take medication those conversations never happened. Once they put something in the file it can't be corrected. Even when they lie.
They don't care about patient rights. The doctors think they are God and can override patient decisions, as long as they can make money. The administration also thinks the doctors are God. They also illegally withheld my personal property for 3 days until I signed a Medicaid application. Illegally held against my will!!
A month later I had a stroke related to the stents illegally put in. Even though I didn't take any medication they lied and said that I took it.
A doctor told me that if I didn't take aspirin and plavix every day I would be dead in 6 months. I'm still alive and still not taking medication. Shows how pompous and arrogant he is.
A year ago I went in with stroke like symptoms. Even though I told them that I did not and would not take medications everyone who came into my room wrote in the file that they started me on aspirin and plavix. A wrinkly old bat threatened to put me on a 72 hour hold because I refused to take medication! She also lied telling security I called her a "B" and threw things against the door. They lied and said I was escorted out of the building by security. They said I refused to sign the AMA even though nobody told me about the AMA. You can't refuse to sign something you were never told about. They lie to make the patient look bad. Bunch of unprofessional incompetents!!!
When I was admitted the nurse asked if I wanted a heated blanket. I told her I didn't want one. Then she couldn't figure out why I got mad when she threw a blanket on me and I threw it on the floor.
Shortly after a tech came in to take vitals. Without saying a word she immediately readjusted the bed. She told me it was more better for me. Rude and arrogant.
They have no respect for patient rights and privacy. They would just walk into the room without knocking.
They were upset when I told students and trainees to leave. One doctor came in with another person and introduced her as a doctor. She was a student doctor. Very unprofessional and incompetent.
After the IV dried up and I told a nurse if she couldn't get a blood draw from the IV she couldn't get a sample. Somehow she came in while I was sleeping and illegally drew blood from the other arm. The hospital and administration don't care that the nurse committed a criminal act of assault.
The office of compliance and ethics told me that it was the hospital's job to continue to counsel (harrass) patients about medications even when they refuse to take them. She also told me that since she was a nurse she knew that my complaint about the blood draw wasn't accurate. Even though she wasn't there. Totally incompetent.
They also illegally received payment for Hrsa Covid19 uninsured testing and treatment even though I tested negative.
They later admitted they made a "mistake."
The doctors and staff think they don't have to inform you about the benefits and risk factors of medications.
The most rude, incompetent and unprofessional staff. They don't care about a person's religious and personal beliefs not to take medications. They only care about how much money they can get.
Their files say that they gave me a lot medications so they could illegally collect the insurance money. For which they filed a fraudulent application for Medicaid.
They are too gutless to write a response to the truth that I am writing.
Criminals, thieves, liars, assaulters and frauds.

Needless Scare

I had some routine blood work done one morning. Same afternoon they called and said I was critical...could die...go to emergency immediately which I did. Spent 4 hours in ER only to be told Sorry you can go...we made a mistake...and now they are billing me for their problem! They have so far failed to delete their charges for this error on their part and do not seem in the least sorry that they could have caused me irrepairable harm
