After nearly three years of dedicated work as a machine operator, I have made the difficult decision to leave my position.

During this time, I consistently aimed to perform my duties responsibly, took on overtime when requested, and maintained punctuality and reliability. I always tried to carry out my work carefully and to a high standard.

However, over time I came to feel that the bonus system was being applied in a way that did not fairly reflect the effort and commitment I was putting into my role. Repeated financial penalties for minor administrative oversights, such as documentation details, gradually reduced the value of the additional hours and effort I contributed.

While I fully accept responsibility for my work, I found that the balance between the demands of the job, the overtime worked, and the financial recognition received no longer felt reasonable or respectful.

For this reason, I have decided it is time to move on.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked at TruFrame and for the experience I have gained during my time there. Thenk you .

Driving my car around a roundabout and one of their drivers under cut me from the left lane and drove straight across of me taking the right hand exit which caused me to hit the kerb straight in-front of me and end up on the verge on a busy road. The driver then carried on driving after hearing be beep.

Absolute rubbish, avoid, product peels after a few years and customer service palms you off with your supplier, however we all know guarantee is offered by manufacturer. DONT buy or use their rubbish product
