TrulyInbox has been helpful for me…Helpful Email Warmup Tool for New Businesses

TrulyInbox has been helpful for me because I am new in business and needed an easy way to warm up my emails. The setup was simple, and it helps me feel more confident that my emails are reaching the inbox instead of spam. The dashboard is also easy to understand, even without too much technical knowledge.

The only thing I would like to see improved is the pricing. I think the cost could be a little lower, especially for small businesses or beginners like me. Overall, it is a useful tool for email warmup and deliverability.

Abused my business email for Financial Spam Calling

I signed up with them. Trulyinbox misused my email address for Warm Up Package. They sent financial spam outreach emails and in just 5 days, Hostinger disabled my business email account permanently. I checked with my email inbox, and emails just proved the concern right. Please avoid these scammers and go for some reliable trustworthy service. After this experience, I can say the rating and reviews seem fake to me.

Important Starter plan limits were unclear after trial

I had a frustrating experience with TrulyInbox.

I signed up because I only needed to warm up a small number of inboxes. During the trial, I had access to settings that made me believe the setup I needed would continue on the Starter plan. After subscribing, I realized that important controls, such as progressive warm-up settings and custom sending schedules, were only available on the Growth plan.

To be fair, this may be written somewhere in the plan details, and support did process a refund after I requested it. I appreciate that.

However, from a customer perspective, the limitation was very unclear and easy to miss. Since the trial included these controls, the paid Starter plan felt like a downgrade after subscribing. In practice, this made the Growth plan feel like the only realistic option, even though I only needed a small number of inboxes.

The most frustrating part is that I had already spent time warming up these inboxes with a specific Monday-Friday sending pattern and sending window. After moving to the Starter plan, I could no longer continue that same pattern, which made the warm-up work largely unusable for my intended setup. Now I need to find another solution, set the inboxes up again, and spend more time fixing something that should have been clear before I paid.

For users who only need a few inboxes, the jump to Growth just to keep those controls feels disproportionate. My main feedback is that these limitations should be made much clearer before checkout and during the trial, especially when trial features are not included in the selected paid plan.

Support was professional in the end, but the plan structure and trial experience were disappointing for my use case.

I’ve been using TrulyInbox for warm-up…

I’ve been using TrulyInbox for warm-up and so far it’s been simple and easy to set up.

My inbox has been warming for around 2 weeks, with 400+ warm-up emails sent, and everything seems to be running smoothly. The dashboard is clear, setup was not complicated, and it’s helpful to see the warm-up progress over time.

Still early, but so far it’s been a good experience.

Truly Inbox really easy to set up, and it didn’t take long before I was up and running. The tools are powerful but simple to use, and whenever I had a question, the customer service team was approachable and helpful. It feels like a product built to make life easier.

Fast and easy setup - pain free!

The whole process of getting setup was easy. Other providers were painful or insisted on having demo calls or increasing the friction to use their platform. Not so with Truelyinbox.

I was able to get setup in a matter of minutes and they have a lot of good feedback from other users which is why I decided to go with them in the end.
