The experience Torgon chalet looking after Ola was great because the paradise and Ola is a realy nice dog and sticks around . Specially nice was that familly and friends were allowed to visit me and they had a wonderful time too which made me very happy

I'm going to agree that the expectations of some pet owners are out of touch, especially for a free sitter in terms of constant updates, professional cleaning. The dogs can be untrained and misbehaved as well, neighborhoods unwalkable. I've heard horror stories from nice clients with previous sitters. I love animals, but after 6 months, I'll be getting off the site and choosing my clients more carefully from now on.

Welcome Guide - Even though the welcome guide is shared, I have had the housesitter request it multiple times. This should be easy for the housesitter to find.

Extra fee - the additional fee for each sit is less appealing when you are already paying a yearly subscription fee.

TrustedHousesitters has made it easy and fun to travel to new places and meet new people. My small business is remote and I enjoy being able to travel and help out people so they are able to travel knowing their pets and property are being cared for in their absence.

They sold out, began charging trusted members extra feees, no service. I used to love it, now it is a shitty example of corporate greed ☹️

I found great petsitter on Trusted Housesitters and they do a good job of connecting me and reminding me what I need to do--which I need, especially when ramping up for a trip.

Generally easy to use and reliable.

It is a very easy site to post your dates, receive requests and replies. We have had great sitters and have never had any problems with Poncho accepting the sitters or with how we found our home upon return. Being able to leave Poncho at home where he is most happy instead of having to board him gives us peace of mind while we are away.

I was nervous as I'd never done anything like this before but what an amazing way to get to see new places and have a lovely home to stay in. TrustedHousesitters made me feel comfortable with the "stranger" aspect of it all and made it very easy to find the "sit" that I was looking for.
