Useless. Wouldn't refund a clear cut case with all the evidence in the world. App is horrible as well and extremely buggy. Customer service just sends you in circles to present items you already sent their way.

Extremely disappointing customer service.

I contacted Trusted Shops because I had a dispute with a webshop displaying the Trusted Shops seal and "Buyer Protection up to €2,500." My questions were straightforward: whether my order was actually covered, whether the Buyer Protection integration was correctly implemented by the webshop, whether Trusted Shops had received my order data, and how I could formally report a webshop that appeared to be advertising Buyer Protection without giving customers any way to activate it.

Instead of addressing these questions, I repeatedly received short, generic replies that simply linked to the standard page explaining how Buyer Protection is normally activated. My emails were either ignored or answered with copy-and-paste responses that completely missed the points I was raising.

What concerns me most is that Trusted Shops showed no apparent interest in investigating whether one of its certified webshops was correctly implementing the Buyer Protection process or whether customers were being misled by the prominent display of the Trusted Shops seal and Buyer Protection claims.

I wasn't expecting them to resolve my dispute with the webshop, but I did expect them to answer basic questions about their own certification, Buyer Protection system, and quality requirements. Unfortunately, they showed little willingness to engage or investigate, leaving me with the impression that customer concerns are not taken seriously.

Based on my experience, the Trusted Shops seal provides far less confidence than I had expected.

They let you make the subscription even if they won't full refund your order, such a useless company.
I did my order on a website because there was them logo and should have been a reason to feel safe, but its not (the website was a scam, but they approved it in them system) this company want just your subscription money. Also the communication by mail its really poor.

They said that was going to delete my subscription by mail, in the end they didnt, now I had to ask PayPal to give me my money back.

I will avoid every website that is using this useless service.

Terrible! Email after email the keep spamming. They promiss to secure your purchase if the company you bought it, goes bust. This is questionable to say the least. Better use Visa or PayPal as a means of payment and you are secured anyhow. Trusted shops is just another way to get information from you ans spam you endlessly

My order arrived on time and my shoes are a perfect fit.

They try to force the payment monthly upon you even if a few years past and after 12 months you could stop the monthly payments because you don't need it anymore

Complete joke.

Left a negative review for a shop that sent me refurbish products sold as new, with non original package and damages on the product as the packaging was a complete joke.
Then Trusted shot just sent me an email explaining that my review is confusing because the seller apparently says it was a new product.
Avoid, this is not a representative consumer site, they select what they want to hear/display. Apparently if you provide pictures with proofs, then they just discard your review as confusing. lol

So far, my experience has been extremely disappointing. They are constantly asking the same questions, don't do anything to help you. They ask a lot of proof which they should ask in one go and in some cases is irrelevant. And they don't keep their promises. They promised me to pay out my claim of a not received order after i sent them their form. They then came back with a form of the shipping company that is irrelevant. Very disappointing and i won't do it again.
