Wrong size
I payed 50 dollars for a large t shirt that we spoke about and when I got home it was a medium size. I am a senior and live far away. I just lost 50 dollars. It was this afternoon at the pen centre in st Catharines. A young lady and young man named Conner, can you please help me to get a refund or bigger shirt. I am very sorry I will have to report this to social media out let's and other news media outlets, sincerely Ivan hawerchuk.

Not a great experience …
The customer service at the Upper Canada location was the worst one ever. The manager and employee only had excuses and no “hey understand or see the point of view of the costumer”. They do not offer any suggestion if the product fits just care to sell and get the money. I will never send my friends or family to to this location. There was only 2 people in the store and they were unable to say hey show me how it fits to offer suggestions. There is truly no customer service quality and I will never shop there again.
