I am a former master glass maker for 25 years with Waterford Crystal. Since 2020 I decided to train as a silversmith. I wanted to combine glass designs with precious metals so I took the initiative and began to research what I needed, in equipment and raw materials. This is where I found Tuffnell Glass to be absolutely invaluable in their attention to detail and customer service; absolutely incredible; they are experienced and patient when responding to queries. They are always at the end of the phone with advice. I am living in Ireland and had thought with taxes and charges it would be very difficult to deal with, not the case; Tuffnell Glass made this process incredibly easy. I’m looking forward to working closely with an incredible team.

I have only been working with glass for the past year, and Tuffnells have supported me in my glass journey wholeheartedly. They offer great products, and their knowledge is always freely given no matter how busy they are. It is a family company, but run in a professional manner that allows beginners and experienced lampworkers to get everything they need to fulfill their lampworking journey. I fully recommend Tuffnells, and don't think there are many of these companies that remain to exist, where the individual customer is at the heart of everything they do. Old fashioned values go a long way in my book. Keep up the great work Tuffnell's, I'll definately be back for more great products.

Nice glass,lots of colours to OK prices. But customer service is sad - they only want to sell, not solve customers problems.

Tuffnell Glass have everything you need for lampwork and Glass Blowing. Not only that, their customer support are always on hand to try and assist, regardless of whether it’s a Tuffnell problem or not. IQuick shipping and good products.
