We returned from the worst holiday where we couldn’t use the pool it was so dirty, one day someone vomited in the public area and it trickled into the pool, the other days it was jam packed and white creamy grime would float on the top
Public areas were crammed with sun beds not a single table top in sight, no one cleaned up but one porter would arrive at 6pm and pour all the remaining alcohol or drinks from glasses down the drains
Walls paper thin
Lines for restaurant would back up all the way out to the reception desk, our 7 year old was shouted at by staff, so were we. Golden Donaire Beach hotel Salaou! TUI responded to our lengthy complaint saying the 4 star hotel met standards, not a single acknowledgment of the hideous experience we had many pictures of the grime attached.
They ignored my request for a breakdown of what they spent my €5,000 for 9 nights on.
Never Ever Again, not even if they offered me a free holiday would I accept.
To add to the disrespect their rep rang us to say he would meet us and never showed up or contacted us angain. Absolute shocking customer service.

Carmel, from the Cork office, was extremely helpful and helped us with all options. We have booked through the Dublin office for this years family holiday and we didn’t receive nearly as much help as Carmel gave us.

Have dealt with Tui limerick for a long time. Book a few holidays with them. The experience has always being a pleasure and the extra information provided was great. This is my second holiday with Tui this year and we had Lorraine advising us. She is very good and has loads of experience to help you with the holiday.

Tui app was easy to use , very competitive and I highly recommend them.

TUI are always my no1. We also go with TUI because of their friendly staff and very easy booking systems

Booked for the first time with TUI to Mexico this summer, and staff were super to deal with- customer service from Eboni in Talbot St and Karen online was brilliant. We upgraded to Premium Economy and all TUI staff from check in to air stewards were fantastic.

However we had a few issues on our holiday: a huge chunk of amenities in the section of the hotel were closed which we had specifically chosen for our children and we were not informed of this prior to booking as we would have changed hotels, and secondly an extremely dangerous situation with the private taxi transfer on the way back to the airport, both which we paid extra for. My husband submitted a complaint but no resolution was offered. Had there been a resolution to the complaint this would have been a 5 star review given the excellent support when booking the holiday and the fabulous TUI staff at the airport and on the plane. It would make us rethink booking with TUI again that when there are serious issues no resolutions are offered.

We booked our holiday which was so easy to navigate around.

We got our membership discount as well which was great.

I booked my Disney holiday with Karen from tui the square Tallaght and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She made booking so easy and I’d recommend going to her if you’re thinking of going on holiday. So pleasant and knew a lot about Disney.

I like that everything is included. We always find the communication well and holidays are always to a really good standard. Very disappointed to see baggage allowance isn't included this year even though there's no reduction in the price of the holiday
