Twyford Windows 

I needed a few replacement window handles and my neighbour recommended Twyford Windows. I rang them and spoke to Kevin, the owner, who was extremely helpful and said he would send his fitter round the very next day, with a box of assorted handles. Jake duly arrived and in a short space of time he had adjusted one or two of the existing windows and fitted 9 new handles, all of which worked perfectly. Thank you for great communication and a great job!

I have just had a new composite door fitted and from the first visit for the survey they have been very friendly and efficient. From order to fitting has taken two weeks and has been expertly completed , I would highly recommend a Twyford windows.

Highly delighted with the five windows fitted recently. I was so pleased with the original three I had ordered that during installation I ordered another two. A huge pat on the back for the installers who worked so well and completed the job very quickly. A relation in the building trade thought the replacement windows were great and suggested the 5 star rating.
I look forward to receiving the FENSA certificates after registration.

Broke a large conservatory window with a stone from my lawn mower. Rang around a number of repairers who could not respond quickly. Kevin at Twyford Windows was the exception as he attended within the hour, complete with the team to measure up. Window replaced within days at a competitive price. Overall very satisfied with the service.

I had a new upvc door to replace an old wooden one. Twyford Windows were very competitive and provided an excellent service, from survey to completion. James is an excellent installer. My bright new energy efficient door matches my existing windows. What a transformation. I would definitely recommend Kevin at Twyford Windows.

I replaced all my windows and the front door with them back in 2012 and the initial experience was excellent. Unfortunately, back in November 2018 I noticed condensation inside one of the Frech doors and contacted them to get the glass replaced under the 10 year guarantee cover. After insisting on the phone and sending repeatedly photos of the glass over email, one of their staff members came along in March 2019 to see the damaged glass. By then there was also another window with condensation, so after looking at all of them they concluded that it was a manufacturing defect from their supplier and told me they will contact the supplier for the replacement of all damaged and "soon-to-be-damaged" glasses. That is the last I have heard from them as they no longer pick up the phone when I call for updates. It is now June 2019 and I am stuck with a set of "presumably defective" windows. I may need to fund the replacement myself and take them to court to get my money back.

I am 100 per cent satisfied with the excellent installation from Twyford windows.
The guys that did it were friendly, efficient, left my house spotless and the quality of the installation exceeded my expectations.
They did not make good on the exterior non window wooden parts, the made them BETTER.
A rated efficiency windows that are such a improvement on our old wood framed ones.
They look exactly the same as the remaining wood windows, which I will be replacing in due course. I have no doubt I will be asking Twyford Windows to do the work.
If only all companies were this good.

I have used Twyford Windows several times in my current and previous home. However, this time it was an emergency call out to my french doors as one had dropped and I couldn't shut them. Kevin was so helpful and arranged for Dan to call to sort it, which he did within an hour of my original call. Great service from an extremely helpful team.
