Watched one of their delivery drivers almost kill some kids because they couldn’t be bothered to wait two seconds while they were crossing the road.
What a terrible company to deal with UCC took my coffee machine away on the 10th of October 2022 £606, to which we agreed for collection & inspection .
We have contacted the company numerous times by email & telephone talking to different departments trying to first find the coffee machine & our condition report which they couldn’t find either on their computer system.
The customer services had promised to Contact us within hours and not Bothering at all having to call back three days later.
How can you run a company like this firstly losing our machine, how can I trust you with a service contract. I have explained our business is meant to be opening we are desperately relying on this machine.

back one week.No one it seems to care.
