I have bought many good Braun products over the years.

I bought a hair trimmer two months ago. The design of the cutting length control was rubbish and created some random extreme variations. So I ordered another higher cost Braun hair trimmer on 4 Dec. Much better design and I was happy. Today after a recharge that unit was dead. Both devices had charger faults where the chargers could no detect state of charge. I looked at Amazon reviews and many having same or similar charging or electrical faults. What has gone wrong Braun

I found a Braun shaver at home that was purchased by my wife 14 years ago that didn't seem to have been used.
I tried to get an adaptor to charge it but ones in the local supermarket didn't appear to fit.
One call to Braun customer services resulted in the colleague arranging for one to be sent to me and it fits perfectly and I now have in effect a new shaver which will be put to use.
