Left customers in dust.

Left customers in dust.

After several months of no reply I got a reply they are just not going to do business anymore and closing their door.

My vacuum will not turn on it lasted less then a year. I'm out 600 dollars. They should be honoring the warranty and their promise.

I put my faith in them and they let me down.

Bye bye Lupe

So as of the time of writing - it seems Lupe no longer operate as a viable company. Spare parts are 'sold out' across the range and the website's chat function is non responsive.
I guess this is the end of Lupe...

I really loved the vacuum and it’s…

I really loved the vacuum and it’s capabilities, but the brush is not the greatest and gets a lot of tangled hairs, cleaning it every month or more often is a pain… Hairs get stuck in little wheels and other parts as well, so that’s pretty annoying…
I wish you guys come up with a self cleaning brush, kinda like what Shark has now… And sell it as an extra head attachment for ppl with pets for example… It would be a game changer!!!

Lupe vacuums clogg easily

The Lupe vacuum works well except for one glaring flaw: It clogs with debris every few minutes. It picks up sand and dirt ok but the smallest bit of paper or plastic stops it up.

This became so irritating we finally bought another brand. We still use the Lupe occassionally on hard floors but the other model is now our primary vacuum.

In trying to figure out why the Lupe cloggs so often we noticed the other model has a larger diameter suction hose and a funnel-like area behind the beater bar that gets smaller gradually before connecting to the suction hose itself.

Conversely, the Lupe has no graduated area behind the beater bar, a sharp right angle where the hose connects to the suction head, a smaller diameter suction opening and a smaller diameter suction hose. These differences seem to be causing most of the clogging issues.

A better designed head with a slightly larger intake hose might solve the problem.

Other than this, we liked it while we were using it.

Above and beyond

As always, they are so beyond kind and helpful. I have a large home, 4 kids that are 6 and under and a St. Bernard dog. This vacuum is an absolute must in our house. When something comes up (which it has), customer service is always so kind and helpful with helping me trouble shoot the issue and sending the needed part! It’s one of the main reasons why I got the vacuum because I can replace parts without having to replace whole vacuums every few years. This product is an absolute must and is worth every penny!

Great customer service!

Came from another well-known brand that starts with a D. Have had the Lupe for about 3 years. We had one of the batteries stop charging and customer service helped us out right away! We had a new battery in no time. The vacuum performs well and as long as you keep up on maintenance and cleaning, you won’t have issues!

Great product and excellent warranty service

We have the Lupe vacuum since March of 2022 and it has performed great! We have been very happy with the performance and ease of use.

Recently, we had an issue with a motor in the head that turns the roller bar. Julie from Lupe customer service provide excellent assistance and got us a replacement head under warranty. The replacement head was received in a timely manner and completely solved our issue.

Awesome customer service - that meets the customer's timescale!

I bought a Lupe Pure Cordless in Jan'21... It worked great for quite a while, then I started having a few issues. I contacted Lupe and they helpfully shared some support tips. It then worked fine again.

Then, earlier this summer, the Lupe started auto-cutting out... Apparently this is a security feature on these smart vac-cleaners... due to a blocage somewhere. I checked all the filters, cleaned out the inside dust bin, etc. Then discovered a bit of gunk in the hose. Got rid of that and it would then work for a while then cut out again... So weird?! So I contacted Lupe again (by email) and they were very fast to respond.
I then dialogued with 2 of their guys and one of them offered to call me on WA (WhatsApp) to talk me through the issue. Ended up calling me a couple of times and needed to wait till I got home - so called gone 1900 in the evening (very impressive working late like that to fit around the customer's availability!) In the end, he diagnosed further blocage just by hearing the electric motor down the phone line (wow!) Then talked me through every detail of disconnecting the Pure Cordless hose - as we figured out there was more stuff stuck in there. I was shocked to see the amount of little dust pellets that had accumulated, along with other gunk and was completely blocking the hose up!! So once cleared, it started running 100% fine again.

Awesome thumbs up to Pablo who was so helpful and took time, patiently, on several calls to assist me! :-D

Excellent customer support for a great product

We’ve had our Lupe vacuum for a few years and love it. Recently I noticed the vacuum was having some issues and reached out to Lupe’s technical support. I received a follow up quickly and Lupe provided a solution immediately. I have nothing but great things to say about this company, their products and their customer service.

We have always been very impressed with the performance of our Lupe vacuum. It has by far been the best cordless vacuum we have purchased. Now, we are equally as impressed with their customer service after having an issue with the cleaner head they sent us a new one free of charge. Job very well done.

My Lupe vacuum roller assembly suddenly…

My Lupe vacuum roller assembly suddenly stopped working. After contacting Support I was contacted by Lee. I explained the problem and he promptly sent out a new roller head assembly. That didn’t fix the problem so he sent out a new body which fixed the problem. I am very pleased with the level of customer service provided by Lupe and by Lee! Thanks Lee!

High Quality Customer Service - Just like their vacuum

I bought a Lupe vacuum over Dyson based on the ease of replacing any parts if down the road there was an issue, and it being of higher quality than their competitors. Over two years of daily use, there was an intermittent issue with the motor head. I contacted Lupe support and was blown away by the support and service. Not only was I contacted quickly, they provided a new head free of charge. I really did not expect that at all - I thought I'd get some troubleshooting advice and then told to buy a new head myself. I am pleasantly surprised and will definitely share my experience with friends and family. Julie T. was my customer service contact and she was a pleasure. Thank you!

Don't buy it if you have women or dog in your place

The vacuum worked okay except, the brush always constantly stucking because of my wife's hair.
After we got a dog, it turned out to be totally useless. All fur is stuck in the pipe and upper part of the dust container. The sucking power was reduced significantly even after cleaning it.
In two months also dust container plastic was broken. Actually, it does a much worth job that my 7 years old vacuum with a cord. Quite sad about this purchase :(

Great support

I had an issue with the roller bearing where the plastic melted. I sent in some photos and they mailed me a new roller and a new bearing. Fantastic customer service for a great vacuum.
