OUTSTANDING customer service!!

I purchased some parts that had a long lead time.
Immediately, I was contacted letting me know and asking me for confirmation, offering a refund if I couldn't wait.
I told them that I could wait, and ask them for some special shipping requirements. They told me that they would take care of my requirement.
Much sooner than expected, the shipment was on its way, and it was received in record time.
I'm a very happy customer, UKAR Auto has plenty of parts for my Land Rovers (I own 3!), good prices and superb service.
