Positive experience
It was difficult for me to sort out my QB online when the system says I cannot lodge my VAT (but I've been doing it in the past for so many years). UKPA was able to help me sort out the issue (although VAT was not one of the services I've signed up for) and was very patient to go through all the details. I would recommend this firm for people who need assistance with their tax return as they are proactive and attention to detail.
The only downfall is I had to go through many of their former staff to reach this one who was very proactive (I'm not sure if their employee turnover was high or I'm just lucky).

I have been working with this company for around 7 years, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The team has always been organised, professional, and reliable.
Recently, however, I have noticed that response times have become slower than they used to be. I appreciate that they may be very busy, but I would hope that clients can continue to receive timely communication and attention.

Anu has been absolutely amazing, it was a very complex Let Property disclosure and she handled it all impeccably. I always knew what was needed from me, provided reassurance and over the 90 days I was super confident that she really had my best interests in mind.

This is my updated review as my initial contact and experience with this company was not as expected, but after they had explained clearly and apologiesd I am please to say that I would recommend this company. They have given me clear instructions, as to what they require from me and what I am expecting from them. I feel relieved to know that they have helped me with my tax worries and take this burden away from me and now I am just waiting for the HMRC to respond.

Not trouble free
Difficult communication, everyone seems not to be fluent in english. Simple tax computation proved tortuous, with repeated unnecssary requests for information. Really not worth the hassle or the fees charged.
