I had a problem with my front door that Ultra Frame fitted a number of years ago. The door is under guarantee, so made a claim.
Ultra frame were very prompt and helpful. Mick Sharp in particular has undertaken the process in a very professional,smooth and efficient way.

Excellent company in particular Mick Rowley and Chloe McGrath who have been very helpful with all the support and training they have provided our business in all aspects.We are looking forward to working with them in the future in particular with the new HUP extensions.We Carnt fault them in any aspects of the service and advice they provide.

Had a large Livinroom conservatory installed by Ultfaframe 7 years ago. Fantastic in all respects and a great addition to our home. Unfortunately one of windows has started to cloud up inside. I contacted the Ultraframe Customer Services team and my contact -Mick Sharp - took my issue, and within 24hrs had identified the failed window on the original plans and ordered a replacement to be fitted soon. This is a fantastic aftercare service. Cannot fault Ultraframe in any aspect of their service.

Went on the HUP Surveying course and the Surveying course for UlraRoof and Flat Roof. As always superb training and plenty of time to ask questions.

We have just recently completed a stand alone hup! Building.
We had site support from Gary who was incredible, really knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, more than happy to answer all of our questions.
We had him for 3 days.
We managed to construct everything from the base to the roof in those days and he left us feeling confident to complete everything else which we have now done so all completed in a week.

I recently completed a 2-day training with Mark, and it was an excellent experience. As someone who is just starting in the construction industry, I found the course extremely valuable and well-structured.

Mark is a very knowledgeable and approachable instructor. He explained everything clearly, answered all questions with patience, and made sure everyone understood the material before moving on. The training was both practical and engaging, which made it easy to follow and apply in real situations.

I feel much more confident starting my journey in construction after this course. I would highly recommend this training to anyone, especially beginners looking for a solid foundation.

Just had roof replaced with Ultraframe installed by a local company GAP from sales representative through to installation the team have been exceptionally professional and the finished article looks very good time will tell how good 😆

Initial quality seems excellent and the installation, done by Andy Bell (and friends) of Precision Home Improvements was first-class.
It’s great to have another “proper” room at our bungalow!

Very helpful guys in Tech Support- went out of their way to help. A company that cares about people- recommended!

Everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Ultraframe has been unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and above all supportive.
Right from the start of the install working with George Brown who made our first flat roof a breeze giving us loads of time saving tips without cutting corners and even getting stuck in helping with fitting.
The guys in the office, Mark Bowler in particular helped out with the building control as he had never seen a HUP system before. Also putting us on the right track with the correct Monocouche render to use on the cement boards.
They have all been an absolute joy to work with and personally hoping to do plenty more of these in the future.

using Ultra as a trade installer has been very efficient from my first quote. We took delivery of our first hup home extension with the option to have an assisted fit by Gary and Mark are very informative, both members of staff were very polite on site whilst with our customer I will definitely be using Ultra frame in the future and recommend toanybody thinking of using Ultra frame

Since taking over prefix I’ve personally noticed a massive decline in customer experience

I’m currently on my honeymoon abroad with no wi fi phoning everyone in there company to try and get an answer to what time they can be bothered turning up to deliver 2 sets of our doors

Despite the fact we have been very clear with the importance of the deliveries today after already waiting longer than planned and never having any communication

No team member is bothered like they used to be it seems

I used to deal with one staff member but since he retired it’s caused nothing be aggro for my
Company and this today has just topped it
