This is a very bad platform. A first time I write a crow funding platform which I believe was very well written and with a clear vision of what we wer going to do. After 30 minutes got feedback that the project could not be on the platform without a desent explenation. I would think that such platform would guide you and help you in putting the project togehter but no a very cold "no thank you". I would think they would advice you on how to improve project or guide what financials should be added. So for my it is only about the getting the money and do not care about the project itself even how fancy they sell it.

It took a while, but Ulule has solved the issue I had below. Many thanks to Tech support!

I recently launched a campaign on Ulule and quickly ran into a serious issue: iDEAL payments are not working at all.
Multiple backers from across the Netherlands tried on different devices, browsers, and internet connections. Every time, the payment fails with an “unexpected server error” message. I tested it myself and confirmed the same issue.
This is extremely damaging for a campaign - especially in the Netherlands, where iDEAL is the most common payment method. Right now, people simply cannot back my project unless they use a credit card, which excludes a large part of the audience.
I’ve reported this to Ulule support, but so far there is no public acknowledgement of the issue. I’m posting this here so that:
other creators know this can happen,
potential backers understand why their payment might fail,
Ulule realizes how critical this is for Dutch campaigns.
If you’re considering Ulule for a project targeting Dutch backers, be aware that iDEAL might not work reliably.

Incompetent, they do not understand anything about the requests, indeed... they judge a high request, when the proposed project, if you search online for something similar, you only find sites and offers 5 to 10 times greater than the help requested. This shows that you are not competent, and that you only waste people's time. I recommend looking for other more serious and capable platforms, online you can find many much better ones.

Great crowdfunding website. Good interface to Facebook Ads, nice communauty and good support from the staff.
Great service! I discovered many cool projects and had the chance to meet the team at a meetup. Awesome!
