Do not use unless living in France with…

Do not use unless living in France with a French bank account. They have taken 65 euros and I haven't even used on toll roads and have paid invoices early and yes my bank does do SEBA payments and mandates have been supplied and agreed.AVOID. Sending back to Ulys at my own expense as well so probably €75 and used tolls last week without it.

British and Swiss banks do not automatically authorize SEPA Direct Debits. You must provide these banks with the SEPA mandate, which you downloaded at the end of your Ulys subscription; otherwise, the deposit payment and invoices will be rejected.

Scammed by Ulys

I used the Ulys classic e-toll formula via a badge purchased at Auto5 (Belgium). They said ‘Only paying when you using the system’. But after more than a year not using it they start charging my account for 15 Euro per month. I tried to stop this service, but they told me I had to return a card (which I never received/used). On top of that they charged me 30 Euro for not returning a card I never received. Helpdesk is not supporting at all and only speak French. They forced me to pay via an incasso agency. Hopefully this case is closed now. I will never use it again!!

Just canceled subscription without any…

Just canceled subscription without any explanation. Finding out on my first trip that they charged for the badge but afterwards without any communication or reason just canceled. No payback for the badge, and impossible to figure out a contact for this issue.

Car journeys made a lot easier.

Having the ability to drive without having to get out of the vehicle to put my card in the machine at the tolls was fabulous especially when it rains as I drive a right hand drive vehicle sometimes, I would highly recommend this service.
