We recently had a service engineer out to maintain our Nibe heat pump system, and we couldn't be happier with the service. The Unipipe representative was incredibly polite, professional, and respectful throughout the visit. He was also extremely thorough in his work, taking the time to ensure everything was running perfectly. Great service all around.

Have been a customer over twenty years and now asked to pay up front before the problem is fixed. Not sure I think this is particularly reasonable and also sends out wrong signal to your customer. Just our opinion.
The fact that we are replacing the soft start yet again due to surges in electricity has been an issue in my head. One would think that the manufacturers of the machine would have resolved this issue by now. No complaint at Unipipe per se but at the heat pump company. They design this amazing machine and cannot figure this obvious fault out! Maybe you should mention this to them!

Had NIBE F730 serviced a couple of weeks ago. Service technician (Jack) arrived on time and did a thorough service of heating system and also answered all my questions. Overall a happy customer.

Timely, communicative and efficient

I got my heat pump service done by Matt at Unipipe. He took the time to show me how the system really worked instead of how I assumed it worked, and got it fully updated. He also shared some tips to get the most out of the system with the winter approaching.

Highly recommend getting your pump serviced by the professionals.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Matthew talked me through each step clearly, with patience and humour. He phoned me back twice, to make sure I was becoming familiar with how to work the heat/ventilation system. He reminded me of need to register for warranty.
His colleague, Stephanie, made the registration speedy and simple.

Calle the office as had no hot water and heating. Jack the service technician went out of his way to reschedule and came out straight away. Worked to fix the unit and had my system up and running in no time . Hugely pleasant and efficient. When I contacted accounts to discuss the bill, again Caroline in accounts was efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Overall great customer service !
