Speedy Delivery, all very carefully packaged and stunning products!

I ordered the Creatures range by Bliss Home from Unique & Unity and I could not be happier. The range is absolutely stunning. Everything was very carefully packaged and arrived in quick time.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We bought some fine porcelain china in the new year. The set was very well packaged and all items looked great. After using it for a few weeks, and not every day, we noticed the the dinner plates were scratched. We checked other items in the set and found that scratches were evident on most of them.
I contacted Unique and Unity who asked me to send photos. It was decided that the glaze was defective.
We were given an instant refund, no fuss.
Throughout, the customer service was excellent, such a shame about the china.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a ‘lock and roll’ bathroom soap basket but it wouldn’t stick to the wall. After several email exchange where they tried to help we were fully refunded. Very satisfied

Absolutely stunning homeware. But - what really makes a company 5 star is their customer service when things go awry. Unfortunately my delivery was hit by the Evri curse, and I had to contact Unique and Unity's customer service for help. Their support was first class - I literally could not have asked for more. They resolved the issue extremely quickly, and their service was exceptional. On the back of that I will be a loyal customer for a very long time to come. Highly recommend.

Excellent choice and designs of tableware. I chose from the Prue Leith collection as I'd seen them on her cooking show. I bought a side plate and mug. So colourful and cheery. Arrived quickly and very well packaged.

Ordered a mug that was considerably cheaper than everywhere else I'd seen it. Order came within a couple of days. Had an issue with where Evri had left my parcel but eventually found it. Kerry was very helpful when I emailed them regarding this. Will definitely use this company again!

Absolutely first class. Managed to get my order to me in less than 24 hours. I explained I was going on holiday and the lady on the phone was so pleasant and helpful. Fragile contents perfectly packed, even a handwritten personal "thank you".

I placed an order for some Rick Stein tableware. Delivery was free and I received the items 22 hours after placing the order. The packaging was excellent and fully recyclable meaning that the delicate china arrived in perfect condition. An excellent service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Wonderful choice of homeware. My order was delivered quickly and with a handwritten note which was so lovely. It was also very well packed and arrived in perfect condition (unlike something ordered around the same time from a very well-known retailer). Would be very happy to use them again!

We discovered this gem of a company when we were looking to buy Rick Stien Coves pottery. Service was exceptional, delivery prompt, and quick to respond to questions we had. I have no hesitation in highly recommend them.

I’ve used unique and unity four or five times now and I’m always impressed. Items are cheaper than anywhere else and delivery is super fast. Cannot recommend them enough!

I'd never heard of this company so was a bit nervous about ordering but I am so impressed! Great price, easy to use website and my order arrived the next day. It was excellently packed and in perfect condition, there was even a handwritten note included. I will definitely order from them again.

I bought three Okidome suction planters and they're great. Initially I was sent two in the wrong colour (not sure if that was my mistake or theirs) but they were really quick to dispatch the correct items and very responsive on email.

We ordered a complete 6 place dinner service and serving bowls and platters of the Rick Stein Coves design. So no small amount of money. We received everything from them this morning. 10 out of 10 and a gold star!

We tried to buy this locally, as you do, but neither John Lewis in Exeter or Rick Stein’s shop in Padstow could supply everything we wanted, so they are to be commended.

Very bad customer service! I bought a present of two plates for my mother for Christmas and when she didn’t like them but chose something else off their website I thought I’d have no trouble exchanging them, especially as I was willing to pay return postage and the extra to cover the slightly more expensive item. But just because it was not within their 14 days returns policy they wouldn’t let me exchange (even though they wouldn’t have lost any money through it!). I think that stinks! Won’t be using them again!

Great communication from order through delivery and when I had a query to resolve, their customer service dealt with it perfectly. Very happy and will certainly use them again.
