Bad service
I've been using this service for 10 years and it always got worse and lately the App was redesigned with lots of bugs and i lost my cashback and i can't access my account/app after these changes as it says my NIF/postal code is not correct but it is. Customer service couldn't help and after weeks trying to solve issues i just opted to cancel my credit card but even that is very hard as i contacted via phone but they couldn't help me and recommended using the contact form on the site which i did one week ago and opened 4 cases already without any reply but the automated reply acknowledging my contact.

Awful experience with this pseudo customer service (cs). Here is a stroy briefly. Owner of the Credit Card (cc) "Universo" dies. The widow is bombard with a multidude of threats and charged with huge interest rate fees. Family contacted several times by phone and asked them to cancel the cc. The request is ignored on purpose in order to continue to charge fees. CS contacted again by a written message on their portal form system on 16 Jul at 19:09. Automatic answer: Message received we will contacted you shortly". No contact until today. Provedora do Cliente (Customer Ombudsman) contacted formally on the same date. Case number #08946181. The answer received: Nil, zero, nada! This is the way Portuguese companies typically treat any customer! Nobody will be made accountable. Untouchable. This is their policy and culture, from top to bottom in the Portuguese society.
Discriminating business with awful app and useless support
Authentication with Citizen Card doesn't work, loads indefinitely.
Manual authentication shows no text, must guess what they want a picture of.
Discriminates those who work for foreign businesses, rejects their applications, requires Portuguese employer NIF (not before needlessly requesting multiple sensitive documents).
No support e-mail address.
I have credit cards from multiple Portuguese banks, but this one always rejects me without explanation/justification.
