Do not purchase from these God damn scammers. Service is scam, first of all it does not let you very 25k emails per list, it maybe allows to upload like 7000-7500 per list, secondly, it TRY to verify maybe like 500-1000 and those 1000 that it actually verify provide FAKE INFORMATION, it says that majority of emails are valid but when you check them they are actually HARD BOUNCES.
AVOID THIS SCAM BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.
