I bought one of their carpets through a local company and when we moved into the house there were several faults.

I don't know if it was badly fitted or if the carpet was faulty but strands of the carpet were broken in several places on the stairs and landing.

We asked for assistance through the carpet shop and after 8 weeks of waiting and chasing the only response we got from Unnatural Flooring was that is couldn't possibly be their fault. They didn't even look at the carpet.

I assume they don't care about quality or customer service so would urge potential customers to avoid their products which is a shame because the carpet that isn't damaged looks very nice.

A great rug . The company made my bespoke rug in two weeks. It was delivered to the day and customer services were really helpful - thank you Ruth.
I normally go for natural fibres but this is for a small kitchen with heavy use - dog adding to the mix.

This is a wonderful company and deserves a mention here. These days it's almost impossible to get anything delivered within weeks let alone months, especially if its custom made!

I ordered the cutom sisal-look rug which is incredibly realistic and beautifully made. Last night my dog vomited on it and it was easy to clean and has come up as new, so obviously after he damaged two Persian rugs I'm absolutely thrilled!!

It does cost more to have a custom sized rug but if you play around with dimensions it can be more affordable. It took only two weeks for it to be manufactured - in Devon I think. I ended up ordering another standard sized rug for my dining room which also took only two weeks made-to-order.

So it's safe to say they consistently deliver. Plus the customer service is good and they respond in a timely manner!
