This is my second time using U-Pack Moving. I highly recommend it & their online booking process is super easy. I’ve had zero issues with pick ups and delivers. Drivers have always been super professional and curious with me.

This is the second time I have used them. Both for cross country moves. If I ever have to move again, I will use U-Pack! Everything is super simple. They give you a quote and stick with it. I had no added charges. They give you a 3 day period loading and pick up. And, the same for drop off and unloading. I used their storage option on the last move thinking it would be a few months, even though it turned out to be 10, same monthly charge. They even dropped it off with a tight time slot I had needed for my work schedule. The most amazing part of U-Pack is their staff/agents/drivers etc., every time I called (from the 1-800 number to the local offices) I spoke to a human! Very kind, knowledgeable humans! The drivers were experienced and considerate.

I had to move four times for medical training over the past 15 years and used four different moving companies and U-Pack was by far the best!

We got our pod delivered before expected! It did take several calls to reach someone for the pickup, but it was gone from our driveway two days later! I would suggest you schedule a pickup day when it's delivered, if that's possible.

My experience with U-Pack was amazing from the beginning to end. Very trustworthy and patient with some unforeseen changes.

This was the only company that gave us a fast honest quote online and won our trust over from the very first call. We were moving from Colorado to Minnesota, got our unit delivered to fill in a timely manner, and the picked up within 72 hours. It moved through the network fast and was delivered 2 days after our arrival at our new home which was way sooner than we expected. I cannot express how much I appreciate U-Pack and their customers service. Big shout out to everyone we spoke to over the last week especially. This company helped keep our stress low and spirits high. We can't thank them enough!

We had no issues at all with using upack for our move. It became a bit confusing when knowing what number to call to ask questions but our items arrived well in good time and I'm picked it up in time w schedule. All the communication was pleasant and we would use them again.

I have nothing but praise for every person that I had contact with at U-Pack/ABF. If there was a rating with 100 stars, that's what I'd give them. All were courteous, VERY helpful, and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will always use them.

Love the flexibility in pick up and drop off and changing dates. Some confusion with shipping them out when you had 2 trailers. At first was told I could staggered and send out 1 first and that started the 6-8 day shipping time but then right before drop off was told not true. But then local upack center said they could ship one at a time and it was ok. So that was frustrating and chaos when moving. Also first pickup they had 4 hour windows but for delivery at second location they told me no delivery windows, it would be 8am-8pm with 1 hour call ahead. Then when it came i got a text saying delivery happening WITHIN the hour so I called and she said it would be there in 30 minutes. I was at the store and had to run home. Also she told me when I scheduled delivery it would be afternoon and then it was at 9am. So very inconvenient. So that was the only frustrating part. The rest was amazing though!

I've used U-Pack twice to move my 1BR apartment, and I intend to keep using them on future moves because the service went smoothly both times and my interactions with staff have been professional, friendly, and helpful.

The entire experience was so easy. Each member if the staff (dispatch, drivers, telephone sales) were friendly, smart and communicative.

U-Pack Moving is a definite 5 star company. I was moving items from Orange County to Las Vegas. From the drop off, to the delivery, to the pick up after I emptied the pods...everything went perfect. Really impressed with the customer service when I had a question and the delivery guys went the extra mile. Great company!

U-pack was a great experience. Easy to work with and get lined out on what we needed to be ready for and how to get it done on OUR time while awaiting the container. Consequently we were able to receive and pack the container in an expeditious manner and call for next day pickup, so the container did not have to sit in the driveway overlong. Their rates and delivery time were the best I have seen and, when the unexpected occurred. they graciously gave s the additional time we needed w/o charge

The cost for our relo-cube door-to-door from Hawaii to central mainland was comparable to other services that did NOT independently offer door-to-door. They made the process so simple - an online inquiry, one friendly phone call (no long list of complicated questions or information requests that you don't even know the answers to), hassle-free dropoff & pickup of the cube at our house, easy tracking online, and on-time delivery to our new house, and plenty of time to unload before they picked it up. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. The main key for us was they gave us an up-front cost and then basically took care of the rest - really appreciated when you're already under so much stress from moving.
