Solved!!: Paid 27 USDT, broken gateway and support ignores customers!
Uquid is running a completely broken system. I purchased a Swype Virtual Card (Order ID: 10366634) and paid 26.77 USDT. The order says "Completed" on their end, but the redemption link is stuck in an infinite loading loop. It's impossible to see the CVV or expiration date.
Their customer support is a total ghost town. I messaged them via email, Twitter, and WhatsApp (+44 7493 062807). They acknowledged a "banking error" and then completely ignored me for over 24 hours. They took my money and delivered absolutely nothing. Do not trust this website, it is an absolute scam for guest users. I demand my full refund immediately!-------------------------- UPDATE (August 5, 2026): The support team reached out to me directly and fully refunded the 26.77 USDT to my wallet due to the gateway issue with the issuer bank. Although the initial technical experience was very frustrating and the automated response system delayed the solution, the customer support agents took my case as a high priority and fixed the financial issue manually. Refund completely received.

Product: Super Grok prepaid card.
Here’s what I want to say about this store’s service. I’m disappointed. First of all, I waited over three hours for my order to be processed, and I probably would have waited even longer if I hadn’t contacted customer support—I’ll talk about my experience with them a bit later.
Then there was a problem with receiving the Super Grok product. After paying for it, it turned out that my region isn’t supported—which, of course, was mentioned in the description, somewhere at the very end of the description, but I agree—that was my oversight. Since I had no way of receiving the product from my region, I was also left without a refund for it. They accepted my payment knowing what I was buying and where I was located, yet they processed the transaction instead of canceling it and refunding me during the transaction verification stage.
The next problem arose when I found a way to use this product but couldn’t—the payment service doesn’t accept this card, which I reported to customer support, and I’ve been waiting for a response from them for over three hours now.
As for customer support itself, they were completely unable to resolve the issue—not even by offering advice on what I could do to receive the item—and when I reported the next problem, customer support ignored my messages about the payment issue with the card they issued.
This was my first and last purchase on this site. The cost of this negative experience was $30.
Updated: As for this purchase, I was ultimately unable to get Super Grok because the XAI payment system blocks transactions made with Swipe prepaid cards issued in-store.
