Some great therapists and the app is generally easy to use, but massive lack of loyalty rewards (they introduced this and removed it).
Haven’t had to raise an issue about a treatment yet.

Good app but pricing not transparent
Good app but pricing not transparent.
Be aware that the minutes they advertise for the massages are not actually the duration of your massage, it also includes the arrival of the masseuse, installation, consultation, setting down the table etc
I paid extra for 90min massage (which I thought would be full 1h30 of massage) but in the end I barely got an hour which is very misleading.
I contacted customer service and they only gave me few credits, no reimbursement for the time difference between 60vs90min. Quite disappointed with the service and the price.
Therapists are also rushing because setting up and taking down are not included in the service, which clashes with the peacefulness of a massage.
