I used this loan CP for my home loan process and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. What should have been a straightforward process took over 45 days, and I got final confirmation only on the last day before my builder's deadline, which put me under a lot of unnecessary pressure.

Throughout the process, I had to coordinate directly with the bank branch manager and the builder myself, even though this was supposed to be the CP's job. Responsible team members were often unreachable or didn't respond to calls when it mattered most.

Documentation handling was another problem. Instead of giving a clear list of required documents upfront, they kept asking for different documents on different days, which made it obvious they weren't fully aware of the bank's actual requirements. I only managed because I could arrange things quickly on my end. If you're not someone who can actively chase and manage things yourself, this is not the CP to go with.

Overall, a stressful and poorly managed experience. Not recommended.

Very unprofessional experience with Urban Money, especially with their agent Sharoon Shamas Javaid. He does not keep his word and delays everything until the last minute. I transferred money for the property evaluation immediately when asked, but he failed to follow up properly, and the process kept being postponed day after day. Excuses like “stuck in traffic” were given, and I was informed of issues only hours after they happened.

On top of that, he isn’t sharing any documents he claims to have submitted to ADIB on my behalf — even though I haven’t signed anything. This is highly untrustworthy behavior and shows a lack of professionalism. Urban Money, represented by this agent, feels like a company that just talks “words in the air” without real actions.

Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

The Urban Money team talks to me impersonating bank officers and keeps me in the dark about the entire process. Not ethical people and will not recommend anyone to work with them. Imagine a team that can impersonate a bank officer and see what they can do.

They will hack your picture and contact and will call you 1000 call per day and will irritate you and will force you to do suicide and blackmail you
