Same as all the other people, my son ordered a jacket and it has never arrived and they have not responded to any emails. Shocking and disgusting behaviour steeling peoples money they should feel really ashamed of themselves.
Ordered a Nike jacket for my son. Four weeks ago still not here. I've messaged lots of times and no reply. The phone number is not valid 😠
Please don't use this company. It's a complete scam taking orders and taking your money and then not delivering the stated item. They don't get back to e-mails and the phone number on the website is actually a Hotel in London. Completely ripped off :(

Ordered my jacket 2 months ago, hasnt arrived. Auto reply both times about delayed shipping, simply changing 'october' to 'november'
Ordered in September, never came (now December), no response to any emails.

Ordered item which hadn't been delivered three weeks later. No response as of yet. Very limited contact details, one of which is a premium rate 0900 number.

Same as the below, ordered 2 Items 5 weeks ago only to receive 1 of the items in the wrong size and 3 weeks later with no return address.
The Phone Number went through to a random Hotel and the Office Phone Number in relation to their work address had no prior knowledge of them.
Reported to Action Fraud who said they'll be on the lookout for similar cases
A total scam. I even called the premium rate number provided and it's completely different company with zero knowledge of urbanonlineapparel.co.UK
Also they claim their address is at the famous Tower 42, 25 Old Broad St, London. Ffs, if I'd seen this before ordering through the Facebook ad I'd have know it was a scam....

Think I have been conned, no goods, no contact details except an email address that no one answers.
I ordered a Nike jacket over a month ago and still haven't received it. eMail confirmation of the order states 9-15 days standard delivery. Shipping confirmation states 10-25 business days for standard delivery (9-15 days priority shipping).
emailed customer service to get an update on my order, I also pointed out how disappointed I was with their service. Straight away I got an automated reply from the CEO William Gravestone about delayed shipping of October orders and I can get 50% of my next order.....what a joke I'm not ordering anything until I receive my current order, in fact I'm starting believe it's a big online scam!
To call them is a 0900 number which is premium rate, they make it so hard to contact them that's all you can do is wait! By the way, their URL ends in co.uk but they ship from mainland Europe. They are faceless.
I wouldn't use this company again, I will cancel my order if the goods haven't arrived in 5 days.
- Not sure where this company is based, they have a London mailing address with a premium rate '0900' tel No. Their shipping information states items are sent from mainland Europe.
- The wording of their confirmation shipping emails in relation to delivery is suspect.
- No tracking information provided.
- Zero response to emails.
- Delivery Times are shocking.
- Returns policy is jaw-dropping.
